Maisonnets invites you to discover this comfortable 3 bedroom, ground floor secure unit in Woolloongabba, just 2 kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD. It features a roomy open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen space with polished floorboards, a wall-mounted reverse-cycle air con unit, and a ‘Smart’ TV. The 3 bedrooms are carpeted and have ceiling fans. There’s a variety of eateries close by as well as the Princess Alexandra Hospital, while sports fans will enjoy its close proximity to ‘The Gabba’, Brisbane’s premier sports stadium.

The Space:
Situated in a cul-de-sac, this secure, ‘diamond in the rough’ ground-floor unit is the perfect home away from home. Enter into an open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area featuring polished floorboards and a wall-mounted reverse cycle air con unit for year-round comfort. The lounge area comes with a 2.5 seater sofa, armchair and a Smart TV while the dining table seats 6 people. A well-equipped kitchen offers a 4-burner gas cook top, under-bench gas oven, microwave and coffee machine.

There are 3 bedrooms, all carpeted with ceiling fans and ample wardrobes for longer stays. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the other 2 bedrooms have double beds and mirrored wardrobes. A combined bathroom/laundry features floor-to- ceiling tiling, a large shower recess and a combined washing machine/clothes dryer.

Street parking is untimed.

Guest Access:
Guests will be greeted by one of our friendly staff to hand over the keys and walk through the features of the apartment as well as assist with any information you might need.

The Neighborhood:
Located just 2 kilometres south east of Brisbane’s CBD (Downtown), Woolloongabba is emerging as one of Brisbane’s most sought after suburbs. The unit itself is well located, only a few minutes’ walk to a choice of eateries on Logan Road and a 5 minute drive to a Coles supermarket in the Gabba Central shopping centre. Sports lovers will appreciate the unit’s close proximity to “The Gabba’, Brisbane’s premier oval sports stadium for football and cricket, less than 20 minutes walk away or a 4 minute drive. Princess Alexandra Hospital is only a 7 minute drive or just over 20 minutes walk.

Getting Around:
The unit comes with a dedicated undercover parking spot, with free street parking available too. If you prefer public transport, there are regular bus services into Brisbane’s CBD (Downtown) less than 15 minutes walk from the unit. Buranda train station is 12 minutes walk away, also offering regular services to the CBD.

Other Things to Note:
* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.


* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
