Nelson City Centre Apartment 1 is a stylish studio apartment in the heart of Nelson, New Zealand. It offers modern amenities, including a Smart TV and complimentary WiFi, along with a well-equipped kitchen. You can walk to Nelson's eateries, the Saturday Market, parks, and galleries.
The apartment provides free parking, shared laundry facilities, and a communal BBQ area. It's ideal for 1-2 guests but can accommodate up to 4 guests. Portacot hire available for 1~3yr olds.
Can be booked in conjunction with our Nelson City Centre Apartments 2 or 3 if you have more guests or would like more space.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- Car parking - A free and dedicated car park is provided for Nelson City Apartment 1 guests.
- Nelson City Centre Apartment 1 is one of three apartments in the Provincial Buliding on Bridge St in Nelson's City Centre. Each apartment has its own kitchen, living, sleeping and bathroom areas. Only the laundry, stair & outdoor areas are shared.
**Cancellation Policy**:
- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
Please refer the Rental Agreement for full details - this is provided for your agreement during the booking process. :-)
