Cliff Cottage is an original family beach cottage with the most spectacular views north to Gerroa. Watch dolphins, whales and seals from the comfort of your own holiday house.

Cliff Cottage is an original three bedroom beach house offering accommodation for up to seven people comfortably. The perfectly situated north facing holiday home will delight those looking for a comfortable cottage by the ocean. The open plan living, dining and kitchen takes in the spectacular views with expansive glass doors and windows running right along the front of the house leading out on to the front deck. Lazy evening barbeques, a couple of drinks or just a quiet area to sit back and read a book will have you unwinding in an instant. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a large corner bath plus separate shower, the laundry is external to the house with a washing machine.

Enjoy fishing, diving or simply exploring rock pools in the 300 million year old volcanic rock platform at low tide - spot the bivalves, segmented worms and fossils. Of course, it may simply be about lazing on the golden sands with a good book. Only 400 meters away, the impressive 3km-long Culburra Beach is your second backyard and offers a great playground for your whole family.

Pets are welcome at this property. There is a AUD100 surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.

If you bring a pet, a surcharge of AUD 100 will be added after the booking is placed.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Amazing position above the cliff
We saw dolphins and a seal! The house is quite basic, but this is more than compensated for by the glorious location. Bring a shower mat for older visitors as the tiles can be a bit slippery when soapy and there is no grab rail. Nice to have an extra toilet and shower outside. We gave up on the bbq (very slow!) and used the griller on the stove instead. I baked a roast and a birthday cake in the oven. Also good that the griller can be used as a smaller second oven. The coffee capsule machine is Caffitaly (as shown in the photo), not Nespresso (as written in the property features). We couldn't find the sun lounges. Could use some more fans for very hot days - we only found one. However, the property does get good cross ventilation due to its exposed position. We had a lovely time! Thank you

Beautiful location and view
Great location, amazing views, and the house had everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was excellent. I’d just say the property needs a bit of a refresh, as it feels a bit worn throughout. Overall it was a good base for us and the dog and we really enjoyed our stay!

Terrific location and view, average house
We all enjoyed our holiday with our teenagers and dog. The location and view from the backyard are fantastic and this is really what you're paying for as the house is very basic, dated and run down and in need of a deep clean and some maintenance repairs. Many of the windows and cupboard doors stick, insects and spiderwebs everywhere inside and out and the kitchen utensils etc need a really good clean. The bathroom was very spacious and the large shower with great water pressure was very good. Outdoor shower and toilet for when you get back from the beach was great as well. The property is advertised as pet friendly and our dog was fine but the fences are very low (obviously to maximise the view) so some dogs might get over them very easily. Great easy access to 2 beautiful beaches and its a lovely quiet neighborhood however a lot of the properties nearby are holiday rentals so hopefully you don't end up with a rowdy group staying nearby like we did (thankfully only for 1 night). Very pricey for what it is, however we made great use of the best aspect of the property by eating outside under the verandah and reading on the outdoor lounge and enjoying the lovely view

Charming cottage with spectacular view
The cottage was well maintained and well stocked. Access to the small beach, walking during low tide and discovering rock pools entertained everyone. The location is very ideal. Have already recommended to friends. Will rebook soon. Thank you.

Good location and view!, however not dog friendly as the listing says.
It was a good holiday for us, one of a kind location and a view which we thoroughly enjoyed. beaches are great for kids and pets. The listing did say it's dog friendly however the fences are only half height. I could step over the fence quite easily myself so my dogs certainly could too. we weren't able to leave the dogs there do go for dinner or to the beach etc. I would advise anyone not to take pets unless you want to be with them 24/7 and on alert watching them to ensure they don't go over the fence. All in all it was an ok stay.
