Great Bachelor Trip Rental

The house was as advertised and is in a great location, with all kinds of stuff to do. It felt we had plenty of space with 8 people staying. This was a great rental and I would recommend to anyone, whether it be a bachelor party or a family with kids.

Perfect for us!

Great property. Super close to ski slopes and very easy check in/check out process! Only complaint is the coffee pot takes a very long time to make one full pot of coffee.

Change of venue, but helpful property managers

We ended up at a house in Harbor Springs due to a furnace issue at the house we booked. The property managers contacted us proactively, arranged a different house that worked for us, and were very helpful overall. We would definitely book again!

Great cabin for a weekend skiing nubs nob

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. A lovely neighborhood setting with plenty of space for our family

Enjoyed the new central air! The well-equipped kitchen was great for family meals. The game tables and puzzles were enjoyed by all. Very convenient to local towns for shopping, beaches, and many good restaurants. We enjoyed the sunsets.

Loved the Snowflake Lodge for Ski Weekend!

We had 3 families staying for a long weekend and skiing at Boyne Highlands. Loved the house and right across from the slopes. Great to see them lit up at night! Would highly recommend for a large group. Kids loved the game room, hide and go seek, and hanging our around the large dining table.

Family Ski Weekend

The property is located near both the Highlands and Nubs. The layout is perfect for multi-generational group. Because of the cold and snowy weather, the house had a couple issues while we were there. First, on the way to check-in, we we're informed one of the showers was out of order. During our stay, the management company called and told us a roofer may stop by and asked if the sky lights were leaking. They weren't at the time but started later that day. We had pails and pans out catching the drips in the family room. We believe both we're related the very rough winter Michigan was experiencing. All that said, we will rent next year is possible.

Space, convenience, lack of communication

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 11 enjoyed the space at this rental. We had plenty of room for sleeping and our ski equipment. Everything was clean when we arrived. We had some leaking in the roof and told the rental company right away. They didn’t respond but sent out a guy to brush off the roof for us. There was also water in the laundry room and no response about that. There weren’t enough garbage cans in bathrooms and no Kleenex. The 3rd floor bathroom shower was out of commission and received a compensation for that inconvenience which was nice. We would stay here again based on space and convenience. Wish there wasn’t water in the laundry room...wet socks before heading to the hill is no fun!

Wonderful property!

This property is no cookie cutter. It has an interesting, efficient, pleasant and fun layout. The children loved the reading nook and puzzles. The teens loved the air hockey and tv room. And we adults loved it all. A very well equipped kitchen. (The coffee maker did not work the first morning. But the management company brought us a brand new one in less than an hour of our call!) My only suggestion is that the dish washer could use a good internal cleaning AND instructions on starting it with a double click on the start button!)

Great for a big group

The house was great for a big group, well equipped with sleeping surfaces and living spaces. The deck was a great gathering space. The kitchen was not super ideal for a big group (pretty small for multiple people to be in) but the oven was great and the dining table was perfect for puzzling and eating. The sink’s disposal started to act funky pretty early into the trip, and then the dishwasher stopped being able to drain water during it’s cycle, so we had to hand wash everything the last two days. The management company sent someone out and while he wasn’t able to fix it, we felt like it wasn’t a huge inconvenience at the end of the day. The washer and dryer worked perfectly well and we enjoyed the TV and game room. Some linens seemed very worn and stained, but clean enough. The pillows seemed very old and not inviting to use. A couple vinyl tiles in the kitchen are loose and easy to slip on. There was not any hand soap or detergent when we got there. The grill’s ignition did not work, so we were unable to start that up and use it. Overall, it was a perfectly good spot for a large group.

Summer rental

Family & Friends ski weekend

Great house, great location to Highlands & Nubs Nob! Plenty of space for everyone, we were 4 adults & 6 teenagers. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. The only quirky thing is the heat. Some bedrooms were so hot, while other rooms were cold. We had to pull out some fans to cool down the hot bedrooms because they were so warm. Just be flexible with that. We’ll definitely be back!

Cool Place

Great place for everyone to hangout! We did stay in the dog-days of summer, and because of that, we did wish there was more climate-control, especially for the bedrooms.
