The property manager was extremely accommodating. She was always so prompt in answering our questions.The location of the condo was excellent. It had a comfortable patio with a nice view.

Perfect stay

The villa and neighborhood was beautiful and perfect for my family and dog. Very comfortable! We did not cook, but the villa seemed to be stock with everything you would need. We will definitely stay there again next time we go to HHI.

Family vacation

We arrived with hurricane Debby approaching We decided to stay and wait out the storm! We were happy we stayed because the end of the week we had 4 beautiful sunny days!!Accommodations were your average beach place not to fancy but perfect for family vacation with three young children. The washer leaked and was fixed as soon as possible considering the storm had arrived.

Senior Tennis get together

We loved it! Enjoyed the round robins at Vandermeer. Some of us learned how to play pickle ball! The villa was great and had plenty of room for the our 6 ladies. The kitchen was very well stocked. Would love to come back. Thank you for sharing your villa.

Great location and beautiful home!

Wonderful stay in the Shipyard area of Hilton Head. As a person who loves to cook, the kitchen was stocked with many tools you may need, most appearing quite new. House was clean and immaculate. Porch needed some sweeping as I imagine we were the first warmer weather spring users to use it. Great view of golf course the pond near porch. Many alligators in area and all within short distance of water's edge. They didn't seem to be bothered by bikers, dog walkers, joggers, etc. Absolutely beautiful location with many trees and foliage. One major thing to note - most resorts, including Shipyard are private with very restricted access. If you have friends in area or are expecting visitors, it is critical to get this information to home owner prior to your stay. While our onsite advisor was working overtime and did a great job, it was a daily chore to add family members and friends from Hilton Head area who wanted to visit us. Overall, wonderful stay!

Excellent, super clean villa

We stayed at the villa for 6 nights and had a wonderful stay! It's very clean, well-appointed, and was perfectly sized for what we needed. There are also wonderful views of the lagoon and golf course from the many windows on the back and side of the villa. We will absolutely look to return to this villa on future trips to Hilton Head.

Sweet memories made here.

Our family enjoyed staying, visiting and cooking together in this Evian property. It was very clean with three good size bedrooms. My adult children really enjoyed waking up and making their morning brew in the coffee bar. Our fellas cooked up a tasty meal using the grill on the patio. While standing on the patio we enjoyed watching some wildlife by the stream. The pool was close by and the beach access was very close. Our grandson enjoyed riding his bike and playing in the pool with new friends that he met next door. Oh, and he loved seeing the big gator, from a distance! I also thought having the children’s books available was a sweet touch! He enjoyed them so. The water main broke while we were there but the gentlemen were quick to respond and it only took a couple of hours to fix. So grateful to our hostess/host for providing our family with a wonderful place to stay in HH!

Great condo, great location

Beautiful property all around. We wome up to 4 deer and an alligator basically in the back yard. One doe walked up less than 10 feet from the porch. As far as cleanliness, we had to kill 2 roaches on the bedroom door almost immediately. Through out the stay I ended up killing 10 but found a few dead roaches on the floor. They were coming in through the doors, because thats the proximity all were found. The condo wasn't dirty but that made it feel dirty. It just needs more efficient pest control and it would be absolutely perfect.

Pleasant surprise

We always stay in shipyard when we visit Hilton Head. Actually always in Evian as well. This house was a perfect location though. We had a lot of wildlife in the backyard... plenty of room for our family of 7. And we had additional family over for dinner that absolutely enjoyed the peace and views as well. Great location . Wonderful home. Well equipped. Well taken care of and easy access to everywhere.

Better Then Advertised

I rented this for my brother and myself and my two dogs to celebrate him graduating college! We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The Evolve team and Trish were terrific! Trish helped us through the process and was amazing, and reminded us what excellent customer service is like! What beautiful facilities! You are right next to the pool, the pond and tennis courts. There is plenty of room to walk around and just enjoy your time down south. We are thankful to the evolve team and the owners of this property for sharing their home with us and allowing us a week in paradise.

Hilton Head Getaway

Property was as promised, better in fact. Short walk to the resort beach, beautiful outdoor views, and spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities needed for our stay. We would definitely book the rental again.
