Great stay

The house was very nice and modern. Host was very accommodating and let us check in early, which was very helpful because we have a newborn. And the beach in the back is pure bliss. Highly recommend to families or groups of friends.

Beautiful Property!

Everything was just as depicted in the photos, with an exceptionally spacious kitchen and a large, comfortable sitting room that provided ample space for everyone. One of the standout features is the remote-controlled screened-in porch with a circular sectional, perfect for relaxation. The only issue we encountered was with the water temperature on one side of the house (affecting three of the bathrooms), which would only stay hot for about a minute before the breaker would trip, causing the water to go cold. Unfortunately, this issue couldn’t be permanently resolved, so unless someone was available to continuously reset the breaker, a cold shower was unavoidable. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. It’s truly one of the best properties in the Exumas!

Perfect home for a relaxing vacation!

We had the best time at this house! Property was cleaned and well taken care of. The fact that we had a pool and a private beach in the back was the best! Would definitely stay here again.

Family 2024 Summer Vacay

Property was very nice, excellent location being convenient to airport and George Town. Clean, comfortable beds with water toys and games provided. Ayana the concierge was a tremendous help checking in, obtaining rental vehicles and making reservation with boating/tour companies.

Great Vacation

We had a fantastic time at Seas The Day. The house was perfect for our two families with with 5 children. The views are wonderful, and the location on Exuma is perfect with easy access to Georgetown and the whole island. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Great House and Location

Property was great. House is amazing and beach is perfect. Also great communication with Host and Concierge. Only small thing we had an issue with was there was no blender which to us was key when at a location that calls for frozen drinks.

Amazing in Every Way

We could not have asked for a better place for several couples to enjoy the beautiful island. Great location, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with all the things. The house is even better in person. I cannot say enough about working with Island Concierge to book all of the extras for the house. Cannot wait to go back and stay.

Seas the Day

The house was a perfect size for 5 adult couples. Living areas (indoor and outdoor), bedrooms and kitchen were perfect sizes for cooking, eating and relaxing. We used the chef a couple nights which worked perfectly for all of us.

Beautiful property in Paradise

This is a beautiful house in an amazing place. The house is clean and comfortable. The private beach and the views of the ocean from the house are just amazing. We love every second on the property . Ayana, the property concierge, was extremely helpful and make our vacation even more wonderfull thank you we had an amazing vacation!!!

Gorgeous home

The home was even more beautiful in person. Very clean. beach was nice. Location was great. Only reason for 4 stars is the power outages that occurred. Wish we had known that was a thing before arrival. Fans could be provided, it would get hot quick. and maybe even some flashlights as some occurred at night.

The front yard needed mowed. Tall grass. One of the showers leaked in one of the bathrooms.

Mosquitos were so bad outside and on the patio you couldn’t sit outside at night. Otherwise it is a beautiful home and very comfortable for our family. The home was very accommodating.

Seas the day

This was our second time to seas the day! The second was just as perfect as the first! Great location to restaurants and to the grocery stores! The house had everything we needed! Ayana was amazing helped us with question recommendations! She met us at the airport and helped get into the rental car then to took us to the house! She had all the groceries we had asked for stocked in the house when we got there! We love it so much we booked again for next year! It’s BEAUTIFUL, quiet, perfect beach and location!

great vacation home

Seas the Day is a beautiful home....paradise! Very clean and comfortable, great beach access. The only issue was the pool heater was broken so the pool was cold. The property manager did get it fixed but by the time the pool was warm and comfortable, it was time for us to leave. we did get in the pool on the last day but it was still a little chilly. Other than that, a great experience.

Great family vacation but…….

House was nice, location was nice but would have liked to been warned about the sand flies! I know that every place has bugs but these things are brutal!! Apparently off will help but they don’t like baby oil! I think we got most of the bites in town. Just wanted other people to be aware before they go.

Spring Break In Exuma 4/9-4/16/2022

Property was spacious and perfectly located near airport, restaurants and Georgetown. Check in and check out process needed to be more welcoming, hospitable and professional. Would recommend checking appliances to make sure the are safe to use and are in working condition. Property manager also needs to check that the basic necessities are restocked at the villa between guest stays. Bath and beach towels were stained and very old. The biggest disappointment was there were no speakers indoors or outdoors to enjoy music!

Spacious house

Although our family really enjoyed this house, a few minor upgrades are needed. The cleanliness could’ve been better when we arrived especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bath towels need to be replaced as they were thin and stained. The pool and beach towels were great. The outdoor screens are wonderful in theory but did not work properly. The right half of fridge would not cool. The location is good unless you want more sandy beach. We did use a kayak and swim in the water right in front of the house. Overall the size of the house was perfect and views were beautiful.

Paradise

The house does not disappoint! It is a beautiful house with plenty of space for 10 adults. The outdoor area has a spectacular view and a very large screened in outdoor seating area where we spent most evenings. The pool is large and heated to the perfect temperature. The house has a great layout and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We had 10 adults and everyone had a hot shower every day. Ayana was very helpful and always responded promptly to our questions. She also met us at the airport and gave us a tour of the house. The house was stocked with the groceries we requested when upon arrival. This was our first time back to Exuma in 30 years and it is still the beautiful, peaceful, and a perfect escape from all the stressors of everyday life.

Always amazing in Exuma

The property is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. When we arrived, the housekeepers were finishing up. I feel like although this is a nicer home than we have stayed in previously, it has been heavily rented and just not maintained as well as others around there. The cabinets and kitchen felt sticky and not well cleaned. The kitchen was not well stocked for our cooking preferences. The pans were old and all the nonstick coating was scratching off. We like to cook a lot, so we may not be your typical renter. We didn’t complain because we were fine. We had an issue with flies getting in a room bc a window wasn’t fully shut and a screen wasn’t properly installed. They were out quickly and did a great job solving that situation. So anything we asked about, they responded to which is all you can ask for. Like I said before, it was a beautiful home. The chef we hired through the house manager 2 nights was fabulous! The boat days we booked through her were also fabulous. We enjoyed the pool, the views, the floats and cornhole! We always love Exuma and this trip in this home was also amazing!

The house is better than the pictures

Absolutely beautiful home with all the amenities that we needed. It is right on the beach which is great. There is not a lot of beach for walking on as the tide comes all the way up to the rocks. The pool is great but be sure to ask for it to be heated. My only suggestion is that the television should be in the room with the big comfy couch. We were warned about the mosquitos and brought bug spray with us. We were shown how to enclose the outdoor sitting area with screens but I somehow seem to have still been eaten alive. I have now been home for 2 days and am still itching like crazy. The plugs in the room we stayed in did not work so we could not turn on the lamps or charge our phones. I asked once to have it looked at but she never came to check it out. It wasn't a big deal, we just charged in the bathroom. As far as Exuma itself, it is pretty. You can book your own excursions which will not cost you an arm and a leg. The grocery stores are not well stocked and we had a tough time finding produce. When eating at restaurants, check ahead if they will be open. Most were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesday night we had a wonderful meal at Peace & Plenty but were surprised when we had a 15% hotel fee for dinner, a VAT, and then of course tip. Dinner for 4 with 1 beer and 2 cocktails was $380 after all the fees were added in.

Paradise!

Our group of eight spent a fabulous week at Seas the Day in December. The house was exactly as expected (lovely) and it was easy to feel at home. We were pleased with the high quality of the washer/dryer, refrigerator, Dyson stick vacuum and appliances. We loved and appreciated the awesome water filter (which we think you should add to the listing for planning purposes). The house, pool area and beach are were very clean and well kept. The furniture, both inside and out, was clean and very cozy. The location was perfect for our week. We ventured both north and south and felt it to be perfectly situated. We loved the kayaks too! We enjoyed having the retractable screens for evenings on the porch to keep out mosquitoes. While this house is in a group of three houses and you do have neighbors, we found it to be plenty private and nicely landscaped between houses. The concierge, Ayana, was very helpful before and during our trip. She connected us with a chef, helped us arrange rental cars and excursions and grocery delivery before we arrived. She met us at the airport and made sure we were set with our rental cars and guided us to the house. We had an issue with the smoke alarms while we were there and one of the owners called us and helped us resolve the issue. The communication with the owners both on VRBO and during the stay was timely and helpful. The only minor suggestions we have to offer are that it would be helpful to have a mat of some sort at the outside doors in the porch area (we had a couple of children fall on slippery tile there) and an information book with nearby grocery store, restaurants, etc. and any instructions for closing/leaving the house (Ayana indicated that there really aren't any, but we did all of the things that we thought might be desired). We are already planning our next trip to Exuma and can't imagine liking any properties more than this one! We will certainly return! Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful Property!

Our group of 16 really enjoyed our stay at this house! The layout of the house felt spacious and cozy at the same time - it enabled us to spend time together as a group, while also ensuring everyone had their own space when needed. The outdoor area is also perfect - we loved that we could see the beach from the pool, and we especially appreciated the little dock area with chairs facing the ocean. The beach is on the smaller side, but it was definitely sufficient. Communication with the hosts was very easy, and they efficiently took care of any minor needs or issues.
