Tranquility, solitude, and nature will greet you when staying at this hill top Truro home offering views of Cape Cod Bay. This home may remind you of a Captain's house! The main living floor holds the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with a tub and a king bed. Adjacent to the primary bedroom is an entertaining room with a cute wet bar built into the wall, seating, and a 38" TV. Through the next door reveals a large sitting room that flows into the dining room followed by the kitchen. Enjoy the spacious back deck with outdoor furniture accessible via the dining room doors. The shape of the home creates a court yard like space in the back of the house perfect for outdoor playing. There is a large outdoor shower in this area as well. The second floor boasts four bedrooms (3 with 2 twins each, 1 with a queen) a full bath with a tub, and a half bath. Pets are considered with homeowner permission and an additional $150 per booking fee. Check in day is flexible! BOOK NOW! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens provided.

Wonderful house in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was spacious and well-stocked with everything for a restful stay walking distance from Corn Hill Beach on the bay side and minutes from Truro Center by car. It’s an easy 10 min hop into Wellfleet or 15 min into Provincetown. The property is on a hill that overlooks the marsh and you can see a bit of the bay and beautiful sunsets from there. The rental agency was so kind and helpful. The Cape was wet this year and the mosquitoes were terrible, but this was not the fault of the property or owners. Thank you for providing such a great rental.
