Superb Studio Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cute, very clean studio apartment. The linens and towels were excellent and we felt very comfortable. It is located in a nice neighborhood. During our stay, there was a mishap with the water being turned off because of construction being done to the main house. I called the owner immediately and together we came up with a solution. The water was turned back on in minutes! We appreciate that he answered our call promptly.

amazing getaway

from the moment that i was in touch with the evolve team til we left this stay was remarkable. the ladies at evolve were like "chick fil a" trained. then up until we got there there was plenty of info leading up to our check in. the owner was in touch with us with a few answers to questions we had to get started on our getaway. upon arrival the place was beautiful and spotlessly clean and a nice touch was masks,clorox wipes and hand sanitizer. the room layout is PERFECT for 2 people. lots of room and a ton of storage if you needed it for longer stays in many closets. the bed and bedding was great as well. the kitchen was stocked with literally everything you need especially if you eat in like we did.......pots,pans,dinner wear, utensils, everything. just can't say enough about this place. we were also fortunate enough to meet the owners and they were both like old friends to us from the time we met. we would definitly come back to this exact same place. thanx you for being an awesome host! :)

Beautiful place!!

Very clean place! Highly recommend staying here! It was nice get away for me and my husband and even took our boat. A lot of different things to do near by as well!

Best Choice in the Area

This studio apartment was perfect for us to be able to travel in northern Georgia and southern North Carolina. We were able to visit nearby landmarks and parks and be back in time to fix our dinner. We had everything we needed. The towels were new and wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix our breakfast and dinner. The TV worked. The amount of furniture in the room made it very comfortable for us to each do our own thing. The balcony was nice to step out on in the evening. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful. There is a view of the lake. We found pamphlets of nearby attractions and maps by the door. We slept on high quality pillows and a great mattress. The bedding was pristine. We had a wonderful sense of privacy here. It was a very good choice. I will stay here again if I am in the area.
