The Space:
Showcasing a prime position in central Queenstown, this modern, three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment commands stunning elevated lake and mountain views for which Queenstown is renowned, while also offering the convenience of being just a short stroll to the bustling Central Business District.
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the airy, open-plan living and dining areas, offering some of the most spectacular panoramas of Queenstownâs beauty, as well as lots of natural light.
Youâll find luxurious fittings and contemporary furnishings. The light-filled layout boasts a six-person marble dining table and two plush grey couches that frame a luxurious indoor fireplace; while a spacious kitchen provides all youâll need for a comfortable stay including a premium oven and four-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher and ample bench and cupboard.
Ideal for a family or friends escape, enjoy the comfort of two king bedrooms with lake views, and a third kids bedroom with 2 single beds. Two contemporary bathrooms come complete with complimentary toiletries and towels
Additional luxuries include a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, heating, free on-site garage parking, Wi-Fi and the convenience of your own private entrance.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.
We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the home it will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.

Nearby, youâll find the Skyline Gondola that offers spectacular panoramas and the Skyline Lugeâ800 metres of sharp turns, dark tunnels and dippers that you speed through on a cartâwhich is more for the fast-paced at heart.
Getting Around:
You are within walking distance to tow, and there is public transportation on the main road about 100 meters away.
In addition to a double garage, there is plenty of free parking space for you to use.
The home is only a 10 minute drive from the Airport, or 20 minutes by public transportation.
