walk to the hotel and beach. AC and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Carpet in

bedroom and living room. Free WIFI access. Free parking right outside your

condo and wheelchair accessible. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and

all towels and linens are provided.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of

world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully

manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a

great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle

and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to

a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We

have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ

grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge.

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos

in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects,

especially ants.

Wonderful little old fashioned abode

I had a great stay! I loved the rooms and how they were decorated. The place also had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Great value and stay

The location is amazing. We would love to come again to this rental. The condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen, great bed. Bathroom is a little dated, but overall well worth it. Loved that Hawaiian music was playing when we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Home away from home

Very convenient and easy check in and out. The only comaint I would have is coming into the gate on the first day. It was very confusing and the code that were given to me didn't work. Once you got in it was very easy using the fob that were in our room. The room were very clean and everything you need was there, very nice room and beautiful view.

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

Simple but nice

The apartment is very simple and a bit outdated but great location to walk to the beach and on the golf course. Most of Turtle Bay was closed except one restaurant for outdoor seating, so there wasn’t much to do in the immediate area. The sprinklers went off in the middle of the night next to the master bedroom and woke us both up. Overall it was perfect for our stay in North Shore but a simple place, don’t expect anything lavish.

We like these condos.

We come quite frequently to the area and stay in these condos. This particular one was just as nice as the others, except the bathroom was a bit sad. It looks like the rest of the condo has been recently painted and updated, so we are thinking the bathroom will be next. It needs some love. Other than that, excellent.

Everything was 100%

The condo was clean, cheery, organized and comfortable. The entire stay was terrific and I highly recommend this place. VRBO was easy, professional and I highly recommend them!

mini staycation

As expected. Little dated unit but good location. Bed sheets could've been tighter (less wrinkles) but soft sheets are nice. They said they were going to change the AC unit to a quieter model. A plus! Quiet spot to unwind a little is always a good thing. Recommended Cable TV instructions for us old guys.(bigger TV?) Mahalo.

Turtle Bay Condos

We did a weekend stay vacation to get away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Very relaxing, a lot to do, bars and restaurants. Our favorite spot isLea Lea's for their prime rib. Everyone at the resort is very friendly. The unit we stayed was wonderful!

Great location, good value

Great location in complex and great value compared to other units we have stayed at. Property managers were excellent and friendly and let us reschedule due to hurricane Lane. Could use a little TLC but again, good bang for the buck. Louvered closet doors could use a wipe down with dirt build up but clean otherwise.

Great time on the North Shore!

We stayed for 10 days. Way cheaper than a hotel and we saved on being able to make food at the condo. For us this place was perfect. Nice view from the living room spacious enough for the 2 of us to be comfortable. If you're coming here looking for a palace I would look elsewhere. This is a basic 1 bed, 1 bath, small living room, and kitchen condo. The TV was small but we never were going to use it anyway, we're in Hawaii, we can watch TV at home. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo because well, we were in Hawaii enjoying everything Hawaii has to offer. If you're looking for a cheap place to leave your luggage and sleep at night this is definitely the place. It was clean, in need of a few updates to cabinets and such but we're easy to please and again, were just looking for somewhere to sleep at night. Thank you and this will probably be the place we'll try to book next time too!

Needs serious updating

For the most part we enjoyed our stay in the condo. But there are several things needing updating, like the rusty fridge, shorting stove element, patio doors + screens, just to name a few.When I asked the staff about the poor condition of our unit, they responded with the owners do not want to spend any money on these units. If that is the case, the unit should be removed from the rental pool.

Cody Moore Review of 121 East Condo

Check in was good although the condo itself was not very impressive. We fully expected a basic unit but we didn't expect what we got. This unit needs a lot of work. Bathroom area was in rough shape. Trim work was looking worn out. Mold issues from what I could tell. It just needed some work. We had to capture and dispose of 5 cockroaches and countless little bugs dispite the spraying that supposedly took place while we were there. We had a great family vacation but the unit could definitely had been better. I am not one to complain either, just figured you guys would want to know.

worst unit I have stayed in.

TV worked. unit smelled when we walked in. Had tobuy glade. refer worked. bathroom needs to be gutted and remodeled. sink cabinet is fallingapart. Bath tub is soft bottom I guess dryrotunder. rusted fixtures. back slider very dirtyhad to buy lube to loosen it up. the managementasked if we wanted to move but we had a budget.We have stayed at 5 different units on the westand east through out the years and have never run into this before. Very disappointed
