Sväng höger vid änden av uppfarten och du kan nästan se stranden tillgång, och en lätt 5 minuters promenad får dig på stranden, särskilt med nya broar. Detta Sea Pines semester är centralt för en enkel cykeltur till South Beach Marina Village, Harbour Town, Sea Pines naturreservat eller Lawton Stables. Ägare sällan använda sin bil en gång på ön. Partiet är vacker med massor av stora shade träd och ligger på en mycket stor lagun som känns mer som en sjö. Du kan praktiskt taget kliva rakt in i söta bakgård poolen från vardagsrummet! Det är en enkel, behaglig känsla till den här egenskapen. Detta 4 sovrum, har 3 badrum hem en avslappnad, bekväm familj vibe gör det en stor Sea Pines fritidshus för ditt nästa besök!

Det finns en original kaklat post med ett par steg upp till första våningen. På första våningen finns ett vardagsrum med en upphöjd spis med öppen spis (inte för gästanvändning), stor platt-TV och Blu-ray DVD och väggdörrglasdörrar med ytterligare nya sittplatser. Matsalen ligger i anslutning och har stora skjutbara glasdörrar också. Båda dessa rum öppnas omedelbart på en stenlagd pooldäck med solstolar, uteplats matbord med plats för 6 och en förhöjd utsikt över den sjöliknande lagunen. Det finns en utomhusdusch och stor grill också. Ta det uppladdningsbara bluetooth utanför eller någonstans i fastigheten och spela musik av alla anslutna enheter. Utanför matsalen är det kompakta men användbara, fullt utrustade kök köket, med skåp byggda av ursprungliga ägaren, och intill köket är ett användbart lera rum för att lagra all din strand, golf och sommaraktivitet växel, som öppnar direkt på den främre servicegården och till uppfarten för enkel åtkomst till butiker, cyklar etc. har också full tvättmaskin och torktumlare. På denna första våningen finns också ett lugnt, skuggat sovrum med en queen size-säng och platt-TV med smart DVD-spelare. Detta sovrum har ett litet badrum med badkar / dusch och handduksrull, vilket gör den idealisk för gäster med begränsad rörlighet.

Rubrik upp den flytande trätrappa du kommer omedelbart att märka de 10'-plus slim-panel fönster på landningen, går hela vägen upp till taket på 2: a våningen. Detta ger både ljus och stil på framsidan av huset i original Sea Pines design.

På andra våningen finns 3 sovrum och 2 badrum: Sovrummet har en king size-säng, stora skjutdörrar på en liten trä balkong med utsikt över poolen och lagunen (njut av morgonkaffe på litet bord och stolar) och badkar med flislagt duschkabin, dubbel handfat, gott omklädningsrum med egna skjutdörrar och liten balkong. Stor smarta tv. De andra 2 på övervåningen sovrum sover nio totalt, och är perfekt för super flexibla sova arrangemang. De båda har 2 uppsättningar våningssängar, med en av uppsättningarna innehåller en dubbelsäng på botten. Båda sovrummen har platt-TV med inbyggda DVD-spelare, skjutdörrar som öppnar sig på små balkonger, och de delar ett kaklat badkar med badkar / dusch.

Alla nya dörrar och fönster, nytt tak och nytt golv. Beachvagn med några strandleksaker, paraply och stolar kvar för gästerna.

Wifi hela hemmet, Spectrum (TimeWarner) -kabeln, alla nya platt-TV och smarta TV-apparater eller DVD-spelare inkluderar netflix, amazon och andra appar som du kan logga in och använda. Ny front uppfart med cirkulär ingång är belagd med i-bäddar skal och kan parkera många bilar.

Amazing Locations

The kids absolutely loved the pool and easy walk to the beach. The location was absolutely amazing! We walked to the Salty Dog for Ice cream in the evenings. Thank you again for renting us your house.

Great stay for multiple families

The location is great - it was an easy bike ride to both South Beach and Harbour Town. Beach access was a short walk away. We really enjoyed our week at the house.

Overall had a great time. House was good size for us and we enjoyed the pool as wel as the gated community of Sea Pines. Bathrooms need renovating and some new lighting. Overall great time. Would stay again.

Great place to bring the family.

We really enjoyed our stay! The description with the property was accurate. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and is located in a very nice area. They have made a few updates and changes that are not shown in the pictures. Overall we were very happy with our experience.

Wonderful

We loved this house! You can tell they’ve put a lot of work into upgrading (the pictures don’t really do it justice). The pool was great for us, especially since the weather wasn’t the great the week we were there. An easy walk to the beach and a great location. My only recommendations would be the master bath definitely needs an upgrade but definitely not a deal breaker.

Great location

This property was amazing! Much bigger inn the inside than it looks on the outside! Pool is great! View of lagoon is cool. Saw an alligator in lagoon and heard so many cool noises at night. Some of the furniture has been updated since pictures. Beds were super comfortable. Very close walk to beach. Owners are slowly making updates so everything is not perfect, but nothing was dirty. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was lovely, the house was very comfortable and spacious. The pool was perfect to stay cool in the humid weather and the beach was an absolute slice of heaven. Previous reviews made it sound like it was miles away but it’s a very short walk and even shorter bike ride. Renting bikes is a must to enjoy the island fully. We loved the kitchen and grill to enjoy meals. Bed were super comfortable. Plenty of channels on the television to enjoy in the evening when winding down after a long day of adventures which we appreciated very much so. Hope to be back again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home.

Dirty and old

This property is one of the dirtiest and shabbiest properties I have ever stayed in. The pictures on the website are old and do not show the property as it currently looks. The master bathroom had two sinks that were clogged and filled with black water and the shower was so moldy and filthy that you could hardly slide the shower door through it. When we arrived the pool was cloudy and a disgusting green color.

Family Vacation

The house was the perfect location for our needs and wants. The dining room table endured many laughs, lots of domino games and meals while we made many very cherished memories! Just the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a family of 7 adults and a toddler ;-). Plenty of bed and bath linens, as well as kitchen wares to cook family dinners. The pool and deck could use a little extra TLC with all the tree’s in yard. The patio furniture needed to cleaned (again most likely due to the tree’s) and the pool definitely needed cleaning. We had paid the extra fee for the heated pool and did need to call the Owners and let me know that the pool wasn’t ready for us. The Owners sent someone out within an hour to remedy the problem. The decks off the bedroom also needed to be cleaned off. As an Owner of a STR property in a lakefront community, if we could offer one suggestion it would be to hire a more thorough property management company and or cleaning company. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made cherished memories for a lifetime! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Not what we expected

We stayed at this property the week of July 4th. I know things are more expensive that week, but for what we paid I would have expected a much nicer property. I will start with the 2 positives. The location is great! Not a far distance from the beach and convenient to all of Sea Pines. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was very small, but great for our 2 children. When we arrived I was surprised that the pictures that are posted on VRBO seem to be very old. The couches are covered with slip covers. The floors downstairs were good, but the carpet in the 3 bedrooms upstairs is extremely stained. The master bedroom didn’t have a bed skirt and you walked into the room looking at box springs and a hole in the wall. Besides the house Needing updated throughout, the grill did not work and by the time we left the ceiling started to fall in from a leak that had previously been patched. There was also another leak that started in the room off the laundry room and the property manager told me they knew about that one. It is a great location, but for the price we paid I would have expected a much nicer property. It really needs some attention and updating. I don’t ever do reviews, but the pics didn’t seem to match our experience.

FUN

Inside was perfect for a group vacation. Plenty of beds. Big living room with plenty of seating for everyone. Over all property was clean, but on the older side. Attempts are being made to modernize. Some new paint. new vinyl flooring throughout. Outside pool area needs some love. Patio was dirty around pool. However, this is caused by tree seeds, or something always falling off the palm tree and on the the patio blocks. The pool area gets really hot and could use a shade sail or something to protect you from the sun a little. Over all we all had a very good time.

HHI Trip

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and Sea Pines. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach…and having a private pool was a big bonus. The house is pretty much as described in the listing, the owner has done a number of recent upgrades and does seem like there are a few more to be done, but no negatives in my opinion. Our family enjoyed our stay and time on HHI.

Great Location and Property for a Family Vacation

The property was located near the beach with easy access (about a 5 minute walk). The backyard and pool were a big hit and enjoyed by everyone in our group from age 4 to 67. The house had lots of space for us to spread out and spend time together as a family. It is obvious that the owners are working hard to upgrade and take care of this home that I am guessing needed a lot of work when it was purchased. The reasons I did not give it a five star review was that there were some items that needed to be fixed - light in downstairs bedroom held together with masking tape, curtain rod also held together with tape. Bathroom rug in this bedroom should either be washed or replaced. Vegetable drawer in refrigerator that was broken. The door to the small back patio - where the trash cans were located could not be locked. There was debris around the yard that should have been thrown out or picked up. De humidifier in the back room was completely full when we arrived - not sure if we should have emptied it or not? The pictures on VRBO need to be updated to show the actual bedding configuration (one picture shows two sets of bunk beds in the bedroom and the actual configuration is a queen bed with a bunk bed - same as the other bedroom on this level). Area around the pool shows a dining table with 6 chairs and the actual was a high top table with 6 stools that did not work well for the younger kids in our group. We have a second home that we rent out in Gulf Shores AL and our property management company takes care of any of the above type things that I have mentioned - not sure what the owners relationship is with the property management company. Again not anything that would keep us from renting the property again just some things that could be easily addressed.

Great Location

Comfortable spacious home within a short walk to the beach. Beautiful outdoor area that can be enjoyed while sitting indoors too. Owner promptly responds to any queries. Returning in November and unfortunately this house is not available or I would book it again.

Great location!

Great location and walkable access to beach and biking and other sites. The pool was a fantastic feature and fun for whole family. Property manager was prompt in response time and communication with owner was seamless and provided helpful info about local bike rentals and access into sea pines. Some cosmetic updates would have been nice but we were all happy to be together as a family and enjoyed creating memories to last our lifetime! Worth the joy it brought to us all!

Our family bought this home in 2015 after spending many wonderful years vacationing in Sea Pines with our family. We have 3 kids that love to bike, walk and hit the beach. We rarely use our car once on the island. We bike everywhere: Salty Dog, Beach Resort, Harbortown, Lawton Stables, Forest Preserve, even to the grocery store, hardware store and restaurants right outside the Sea Pines gates.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is an original Sea Pines home with unique properties, that allowed a two story home, when only single story home heights were allowed. The built-ins and kitchen cabinets were built by the original homeowner and signed by him. We have tried to keep what we can in our recent renovation of the kitchen. The location is central to all Sea Pines amenities. Walking distance to the beach. On a large lagoon where you can see nightly bird congregations, might see some alligators swim bye (cannot get onto the property with bulkheads and vegetation!) and see the fish jump. Oscar (an osprey) takes refuge in a large pine in the back yard overlooking the lagoon.

Smart TV's and Spectrum streaming with many channels included. Roku and Firesticks. Flat panel TVs throughout. Rechargeable bluetooth speaker to take around the property and connect to your device to play your tunes. We are constantly working on this property and have replaced all windows and doors, new roof, new siding, new fencing, primary shower and flooring and opened up the kitchen. We are keeping some of the original touches like the cabinets and tile. Some bathrooms not.yet renovated.
