Great view, perfect location!!

Communication was awesome!!Check in was a breeze!The location of the Condo and the unit were perfect!! You could catch the sunrise right from the balcony every morning!Ac worked perfectly, nice little kitchen with a good size fridge and a stove with an oven.Pool and beach access were close and easy, I would definitely stay here again!

Disgusting is the only way to sum this place up!

My husband and I stayed here back last October ( Not sure why I couldn’t leave a review on here??) Now that it’s letting me I’ll give you my honest opinion of this place. It was really nasty, and funky smelling! I’ve never stayed in anything worse than here. It had pubic hair on the sheets, the bed sunk in the middle, and the rug in the bathroom, that I’m guessing should’ve been white was tan and it had not been washed!!! The water barely came out and got cold really quick! The floors were not swept and mopped because I seen spots that were sticky and plenty of sand on the floors! I can’t believe anyone would let guests come here to stay! They had some bikers that stayed there and we were lucky if we found a spot to park so don’t go there when they’re in town! The shower curtain was old and moldy. People slammed doors all night, we’re fighting, unbelievable!! Please think again before you book here because you’ll be sorry you did! It’s not worth a $1 a night. Very disappointed!!

Great ocean view!

The property was just what we needed! Close to the beach, pool facing the ocean and even a fun tiki bar! Room wasn’t the cleanest but overall nice spot to stay!

Hawaiian Inn Stay

The location of the room is great as it is right by the elevator. The king size bed was so comfortable. The futon is to low to sit comfortly. No water pressure in bathroom sink. We were very comfotable on the balcony with the chairs and the view. With all that said I would still stay there again.

Floors needed to be really cleaned. Pet hair and just dirty, bathroom too kept shoes on while there!

We had friends that book the hotel for less rhan half and there rooms were very clean! Disappointed at the rate we paid vs hotel price!!! Said a 3 for communication but we never had any connections.

Bed Springs have sprung

The property is an older building so I was not surprised by the decor however, the bed was as old as the building if not older... UNCOMFORTABLE! In addition, the A/C is not fit for Florida weather so I purchased an oscillating fan for the weekend and left it in the unit for the next unsuspecting renters. View was great but that's about it

Daytona dreams

Hawaiian Inn has a great vibe to it! Views of the ocean are beautiful, the pool is clean and huge, and the bar is a great addition serving drinks and food all day! Jayne was incredible checking on us and making sure our stay was fabulous.

Needs updated

I would not rent this particular unit again until it's updated. The facility and pool were amazing. The unit, not so much. It was clean but the broken down loveseat was old and literally had vinyl patches on it. The dish rag was exactly that, an old dishcloth with holes. There was an old linen napkin to use as a dish towel. There was 1/2 roll of toilet paper, a few drops of dish soap. The bed had clean sheets but the mattress was so soft it was a back breaker. This into needs a renovation.

6 day stay 1st week of july

Communication with property manager was good. No complaints about the unit itself. The Hawaiian Inn needs some Updating. The biggest issue was the water was out on 3 separate occasions. All around 2pm. We came in from the beach hot and Sandy ready to shower and get ready to go out to dinner. Needless to say we had to go out without showers. The front set couldn’t tell us when the water would be back on they just said soon. Which wasn’t good enough for me. The tiki bar and pool was nice and I enjoyed most of the stay. We used stairs because the elevators were old. IM SURE THE HOA FEES SHOULD BE ABLE TI COVER SOME IMMEDIATE UPDATES

Served the purpose

Overall the stay was fine. The room was clean and Jayne was very helpful getting us in early and answering a couple questions. There is one picture of a large hotel style building and huge pool online that is very much not this facility. Additionally, the building itself was somewhat run down and not very clean itself. It is very dated and in need of some upgrades. The room pictures were accurate it deceiving on size and view. It served the purpose for our stay as we tried not to spend a lot of time in our room or building.

Disappointed!

They only good thing about this rental is the location to shops and beach view. As well as the lady we worked with to check in was really nice. The condition of the room was just so so! The couch had patches on it. The bed still had sand in it from previous rental. The stove was rusty. The balcony furniture was so cheap we were afraid to sit in it. The hotel was nasty. We had kids running up and down the halls knocking own our door all night. The pool has no one available to control the crazy drunks that hang out there. The WiFi is a JOKE! OVERALL ALL IT JUST WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Absolutely perfect from start to finish.

Everything was excellent...from booking, to correspondence, cleanliness, location. Perfect. Just one small recommendation, and this has nothing to do with the stay, which was awesome! Just from a woman’s perspective, perhaps putting a full length mirror somewhere in condo would definitely be a plus.
