Set in a peaceful, family-friendly cul-de-sac, Breezy Bay Retreat welcomes you with open-plan living and thoughtful touches throughout. The entry leads into a bright and airy lounge with a wood fireplace and large sectional sofa—perfect for relaxing evenings. This main living area also features a foosball table for some fun family competition and entertainment, making it a true social hub of the home.
Just beside, the dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar offer everything needed for shared meals and easy holiday living. Glass doors open to two separate alfresco zones: a front-facing space ideal for lounging and a rear BBQ area perfect for outdoor dining.
On the ground floor, the primary bedroom is a spacious retreat with a king bed, a large walk-through wardrobe, and a sleek private ensuite. Also downstairs is a vibrant dual bunk room just right for the kids, plus a guest powder room with a third toilet for added convenience. Upstairs, a second lounge and TV area gives teens or younger guests their own place to hang out, while two queen bedrooms offer peaceful spaces to rest. These are serviced by a well-appointed second bathroom with modern fixtures and a walk-in shower.
Air conditioning is available in the main living area, the primary bedroom, and the upstairs lounge, keeping the home cool and comfortable throughout the seasons. Parking is provided on the driveway.
A small amount of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Important Note: Please be aware that construction beside this property has recently commenced and may cause noise disturbance at different times throughout the project.
Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $277. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
