Perfect midtown stay

What a perfectly appointed apartment. The location was perfect, with lots of cute local restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area of older homes that have been lovingly cared for. I especially loved the decorating touches that gave a nod to local history. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Cute Bungalow Near Mid-Town

We were in Reno visiting family for Christmas and wanted to stay somewhere nice other than a casino. The place is perfect for a couple. Historic property has been beautifully renovated by someone with a designer’s eye. I grew up in Reno, so I really enjoyed the historic memorabilia scattered about. We will be back.

Reno Golf Trip

Visited Reno for an annual golf trip with friends from all over the US. Wanted a nice retreat to come back to everyday after my round and I found it! This place was exceptional. Well appointed, the kitchen was stocked with every utensil and the property was very clean. Cleanliness is big for me. Hard to feel comfortable if its not. I really enjoyed my stay. The proximity to everything was a huge bonus too. Nice surrounding area. Quiet. 5 star stay for sure.

Nice place in midtown.

We stayed here for a wedding in Reno. The location was great, near the venue and walking distance to bars and restaurants. The house was clean and bright and the bed was comfy. It was perfect for what we needed.

Charming, Quiet and Clean

Wonderful property. Clearly the owners took pride in this property and it shows throughout. Very well stocked for all the needs of traveling away from home with a fantastic landscaped setting to relax in. Close to some great midtown eateries and an easy walk to the riverwalk/downtown area. Would absolutely stay here again.

FANTASTIC!

If we could give 6 stars we would! The location is fantastic--close to our favorite coffee shop, bakery and restaurant. And--unknown to me, a great local co-op food store. The kitchen is the best we have had (we didn't have to bring our tub of extra kitchen stuff from the car). The team was quickly responsive to questions and requests. The layout is efficient; we could work in the dining area which has fantastic light, and I had room for yoga, too. The neighborhood invited walking and exploring. We had no issue with parking, which is always a concern for us because over the winter, we live out of our car (and short-term rentals and hotels), to chase snow. During the past decade, we have travelled through Reno often sometimes staying up to a week at a time. We have tried and stayed at various hotels, and eventually they disappoint for one reason or another. We are so grateful and excited that we have found a new place to land in Reno--it couldn't be more perfect for us!

Brick Bungalow with Designer Touches

This is a charming brick bungalow in one of the best neighborhoods in Reno. There are designers touches at every turn in the cottage. Cozy, comfortable space, and so well appointed. Easy to walk to Midtown and Downtown Reno, where you’ll find great restaurants and bars, but don’t Forget to walk the neighborhood and check out all the historic homes of Old Reno.

Cute digs

Very nice, clean, as advertised stay. Thank you for the information in the binder as well. I would recommend all that stay read it first before touching anything. The place is centrally located and the cute lights make it easy to find at night. The only thing I would have wished for is an additional towel. I use two towels on my own and wished there was another, otherwise it was perfect.

Great place!

Sweet little place in the best neighborhood! Walkable to restaurants, shops, bars. One of the best "stay" binders I've ever seen, especially the little drawings of all the coffee!! This charming place had everything you would ever need, just show up ready to have fun! Super comfortable, well suited for an individual or couple without kids. The kitchen is well set up for those who like to cook, with all the basic spices. decent pots and pans and sharp knives! I'll be back for sure!

My little home away from home!

If you are a single or couple wanting to visit Reno, look no further! This charming cottage has everything you need an more! The coffee drawings in the guest information book are incredible! Coffee lovers won't be sorry, they have every type of brewing you'd ever want for your morning cup! Walking distance to the river, great restaurants and bars. This IS the best neighborhood in Reno! I have family nearby and their place is too small for me to stay with them (my dog stays with family as this place doesn't allow pets) and it's just a short walk to them. Good WiFi if you need to get a bit of work done, or a comfy sofa to binge your favorite TV show or watch a movie. Check In/Out is a Breeze! I'll be back again soon!

Perfect Getaway!

Visited our daughter in Reno for holiday weekend and this cottage was simply the best! Phenomenal amenities in every room - no stone left unturned. Arrived late at night and the goodies in the fridge were exactly what we needed. Short walk to wonderful coffee shops, bakeries, pizza place. Thank you for the warm welcome and wonderful stay!

Perfect Retreat

The hosts of this cottage thought of everything! From the moment we stepped in the door we were impressed with the decor, privacy, and amenities. The location is so well suited for enjoying Reno and we were impressed with the binder of information on the cottage and the local area. As we returned from touring each day we knew we had a very comfortable retreat. Thank you for all the care and work at making this cottage a place we plan to return to.
