No clean

The house was not clean. Hair over the floor, chairs, and sofa. We had to clean the house before we could enjoy it. We couldn't enjoy the patio because the furniture was too dirty.

Great place to relax and enjoy your vacation

I loved the layout and the pool/hot tub area. Everything was great and looked just like the pics! My family and I had a wonderful time.

Great house to rent near Disney for the family

I was there for business, but there was plenty of room for a family to stay. House was clean and the pool was great.

Lovely Vacation home

I enjoy my stay here it was clean and comfortable. Had issues with the day spa and the owner was very helpful and kept communication which was very appreciated. Would stay here again.

Amazing vacation

We stayed at this rental for a week and absolutely enjoyed our stay. They pool was great along with the hot tub, which got really hot. Beds we very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Will rent again!

Could be better

We arrived at the house Friday morning and was able to check in early. There was a dead bugs in the living room. The tub in master bathroom had some brown spots in it. The pool was not clean and still had toys at the bottom. The pool area had weeds growing all around and spider webs on the chairs. The lounge chairs had dirt on them. The property could have been better maintained. The house was overpriced for the experience that we had.

Not As Advertised

Property was disappointing - pictures were old and didn't reflect what the property actually looks like. It could be a great property with some TLC. Outside needs maintenance and inside needs updating (kitchen appliances are new and that is an asset). Until some care is given to the property, I would not recommend staying there.

Florida stay

The house itself was very nice and shown as listed. Only thing I would recommend is them having someone deep clean the entire home like even the ceilings and the outside area by the pool. The house is older and you can tell upon first entering the home because it has this strong smell of "oldness". We ended up buying some candles to make the house smell somewhat decent. The pool area is nice but there's spider webs that needs to be cleared. Other than that, the house was nice!

Beautiful home but needs TLC

Pro: I loved the house, nice furnishings and color scheme, air conditioning was great, didn't get hot at night, location was great, quiet, convenient, pool was nicely heated, no one behind the pool, just nature, big plus. Actually had a few trash bags and dishwasher tablets available. Con: Spa part of pool didn't do much, just leak out some hot water, no air, originally I couldn't find the timer switch which was hidden behind an ugly pile of kids toys and floaty toys until the manager finally called me back on day 2 of a 4 day stay, weeds coming up thru patio bricks, no pool towels at all. Couches had oil stains everywhere, not one knife that would cut thru cold butter, no sheets on bed. However, we had a great stay but avoided the couches.

Less than what we expected

It started with the curb appeal. Grass and shrubery way overgrown. Grass growing through pavement. Entry room was not bad. The kitchen furniture was dirty and had tons of stains on them. Food was found under the glass on the kitchen table. The second living smelled like a dog.The master bedroom needs to be upgraded and needs new blinds and curtains. The second master bedroom had a camera in the bathroom, which was creepy. Our privacy was invaded. All of the backyard furniture was filthy. We had to flip them over just to sit on them. Some were filthy on both sides, so we just put towels on top. Needs an exterminator. A million ants lived by the pool.The hot water jacuzzi did not heat up at all. I spoke with the owner several times, and he gave me the instructions on how to heat the hot tub, but of course it just didnt work. His response time was delayed. He actually got back to me on my last day headed to the airport. Such a disappointment! We definitely didnt get what we paid for. I wouldnt recommend this house to anyone!

Family Vacation 2022

Hi the villa was very clean, the grass in front of the house was not cut there6we had to walk through a little tall grass to get in the house, we made sure that the sugar was put away, because if you leave the sugar out ants do come out. We enjoyed our stay.

2-night stay

The property shows slight age in places, but the owners definitely keep the property well-kept. For future renters (so you aren't caught unawares since each rental owner has different views on how much to offer for their guests): there was no soap in restrooms and only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Very nice

Very nice, very spacious home. Everything was clean. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, turn on the jets and hot tub will begin to heat up. Great home for families. Everything u cld possibly need.....pool toys included.

Some issues but we still had fun...

Got here at 2:30 pm and got ahold of the host who said we could check in early that the cleaners should be done. Mind you check in per the VRBO website for this rental and the emails we received once we booked it said 3:00 pm check in. Got to the house at 2:56 and the cleaners were still here and didn’t get done until after 4:00 pm and it was hot as h@!$ outside. They didn’t let us in the house. The cleaner thought check in was for 4:00 pm. The rental said we could park two cars in the garage and two in the driveway. We get here and the the cleaning lady tells us the garage won’t open because it’s filled with stuff, so now we have to finagle four cars (2 larger SUV) to park in the driveway. Come to find out, once we got in the house an hour later, the garage door works fine and there is plenty of room to park at least one mid size car in the garage. It took a few hours for the house to cool off and the fridge/freezer to cool. Dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. Towels left on top of the dryer, we had no idea if they were clean or not so we washed them so we had towels to use. The 2nd master had ants in the bathroom on and around the sink & the toilet was broken. Two of the three bathroom sinks were clogged. The pool was green....we had a lot of rain but with daily maintenance, scrubbing and cleaning the filter it should have not looked like it did. No excuse! In past rentals would have a binder on how to connect to the WiFi, restaurants nearby, how to turn on the jacuzzi, etc, there was nothing. Beds were hard and the pillows are flat. Besides all that the house was fairly clean it just needs better maintenance. We were out of the house by 9am on check out day and probably left the house in better shape than when we arrived.

stay was great just didn't like the check in had to wait an additional 1hr and a half after my original 3 pm check in due to cleaning crew still cleaning. Otherwise great stay.

Perfect for a Disney Trip

The house is beautiful the pool Is great. It’s in a safe location. There is plenty of space in the house for a big family. Grocery store and eateries are all close by so it is very convenient. The property manager is great and responds quickly.
