Spacious and modern home located on the lake at Encounter Lakes, Encounter Bay. Just a short drive to Victor Harbor, Granite Island and the ocean. But with your own private lake who needs the sea!!

Modern home, fully furnished with 2 living areas
Sleeps 6 guests, perfect family getaway
Short drive to all tourist destinations, Victor Harbor, Encounter Bay, The Bluff, Granite Island
Master bedroom has its own ensuite. Each room with a queen bed for your comfort.
A spacious living area is located in the middle of the home perfect for the kids. Open plan living, dining, kitchen area great to entertain inside when it's raining.
Complete with an outdoor entertaining area and fabulous views of the lake at the rear of the home.
Bathroom features a corner spa for that romantic getaway or just somewhere for the parents to relax while the children play.
Large outdoor entertaining area with a bbq and outdoor furniture that looks across the picturesque Encounter Lakes.
There are two canoes and bikes available for use.
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* No Linen Provided unless stated otherwise, linen can be hired through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location
* NO PETS unless stated otherwise
* Payment is acceptance of our Terms and Conditions so please ensure you have read and understood them, and any cancellation refunds will have the credit card fee deducted

Very comfortable and roomy house in a quiet area. Perfect holiday house for visiting the area and sitting back relaxing while looking out over the lake. With the beach and shops being a short drive away. Will be staying again next time we visit. Pamela
