The master bedroom with a king size bed is located on the ground floor steps away from the pool. All three bedrooms have spacious in-suite bathrooms, vast walk-in closets and safes. The master in-suite includes a
double tub.

The kitchen is fully equipped, whether you prefer to cook your own meals or hire a local chef to take care of this for you. Ask us for details about this.

Guest Access:
Guests of CASA AVE will be temporary residents of TULUM COUNTRY CLUB. This means you will have preferred rates for golf, all inclusive passes at the TCC hotels and other amenities and activities the complex has to offer. The passes and more detailed information are available at the Club House.*

The shared gym is located at Hotel Tulum, right across the highway, you can drive there or simply take the shuttle. There's a small fee membership in order to use the gym. (There is another neighboring gym within the complex... ask us for more details).

KAY BEACH CLUB is another plus of TCC, mouth-watering meals, excelente service and the view... indescribable.

The Neighborhood:
Tulum Country Club is a prestigious complex in the Riviera Maya compound of golf course, 4 hotels, private houses and several private communities, lakes, cenotes and beach clubs.

The golf course has 27 holes divided in two courses, a par-72, 18-hole professional course and a par-3, 9-hole executive course... at the Club House you will be able to purchase your membership, green passes and more!

There are 4 hotels within the complex for which you can purchase the day and or night all-inclusive passes and spend some time of your stay enjoying their foods, drinks and activities. Also at Club House you can get the passes as well as more information.

KAY Beach Club, is a public accessed beach club but within Tulum Country Club... the view, environment, service and food are simply the best!

Within the complex you will find "Hacienda Doña Isabel", a common area for residents with sport bars, souvenirs stores, casino and a nightclub, shows & events, pharmacy, doctors and Chapel "Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe"

Getting Around:
There are trolleys that run among the residential during working hours, they passed by in front of the house every hour or so... or you can walk to Club House for more flexible schedule.

There's parking at the Club House, hotels and beach club so you can also drive around the complex.

We are around during working days and hours and we are just a message away all the time. The property manager will personally visit as you arrive or the very next day, depending on your arrival time.
