Perfect Holiday Home - Sleep 10 Guests

We have a 4 Bedroom split holiday house that sleeps up to 10 Guests. There is an abundance of space - inside and outside with a generous backyard for the kids and pets to play outside. There's a balcony overseeing the Corio Bay to enjoy the sunset and open fire place for the winter nights. Only 2min drive to the beach or 10min walk.

Inclusions
The house sleeps 10 guests comfortably with 2 full main bathrooms. We offer complimentary Wifi internet access, BBQ, linen, Netflix and a coffee machine to use (BYO Nespresso compatible Pods) and Billiards table to enjoy. There is a large carport which you can park your car, caravan or boat.

Location
The house is within walking distance to boat ramp, the Dell, beach and golf course. There are also restaurants and wineries within 10min drive.

Other Details
Check In from 3pm, Out 10am. Pets must remain outside. We offer complimentary linen but you need to provide your own towels. Check In/ Out can be earlier or later subject to availability.

We loved our stay, the house was spacious and well equipped. Ken was awesome to deal with. We had 3 families, and there was plenty of room. Would highly recommend.

Great place and dog friendly

This house in Clifton Springs was excellent and we all had a relaxing break there. It was clean and ready to use. The yard was dog friendly and there was plenty for our kids to do. Thanks to Ken for hosting us.

Family getaway

House is great for a few families to get away. Split level and garage area for hang out with pool table. Location to the beach not ideal your best to drive to portarlington. The house does need a little update for eg blinds in rooms, no mattress protectors on beds or doona covers. The owners were very responsive when messaging them on the day.

Great size house and location

Offered us everything we required for a few days away with family and dogs. Lots to keep u busy, eg pool table, kids toys, beach close.

Family friendly

While no longer able to get sea views , the evening breeze on the balcony was welcome .the dumb waiter was so very useful on arrival with luggage and groceries.

Massive house, great spot

A group of 9 of us stayed here across the weekend . House was able to easily fit all of us, a number of great spaces for us to use. House close to a number of great golf courses too.

Very clean

The house is perfect, very clean and well supplied. The only thing is that the nearby beach is a boat ramp and not suitable for kids and swimming.

Lovely weekend away

We had a great weekend away at this property. Host was very easy to communicate with and there were some great toys for my son to play with which was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful house with great location.

The location is very convenient as it is within walking distance to the beach, boat ramp and also the the Dell and golf course. The balcony is perfect to sit on a beautiful summer evening, there's an open fire for winter and the property has a large shed that can fit a boat or caravan. The house is spacious both inside and outside - with secure fencing and a large backyard, a billiard table, it is suitable for everyone.
