Trip to rainbow river

The house was very nice but outdated. The beds need to be replaced as they are not comfortable.

Mostly great, a few annoyances

The house was nice. The bedrooms roomy and the beds comfortable. There was hand soap at all the sinks, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. There was even shampoo and conditioner. The pool and screened in deck was great. There was a double sliding door so you could open up the living room wall to the outside. The weather was perfect so we didn't need the A/C or heater. Lots of pillows and extra blankets. Coffee supplies, spices, and tons of cookware, flatware, and kitchen appliances. The instructions to enter the house in the email were incorrect so I had to call. A text from someone who was not listed as my contact had sent a text, but I don't open texts from names or numbers I don't know. We were looking forward to lots of comfortable recliners but 2 of them were broken and sitting in those 2 spots was uncomfortable. The kitchen was narrow where the sink, dishwasher, and microwave were so having more than one person in that area was tight. The microwave digital screen wasn't working so you had to hit add 30 seconds and guess at the time. A lamp in the 2nd king room didn't have a knob so it couldn't be turned on. The neighbor a couple doors down was doing construction all weekend. So hammering and a nail gun were our background noise. This and the recliners were the only things that might make me not return, but the rest of the place was so great as was the price, so we'll probably be back next year.

Spacious, Beautiful Decor& Cleanest Home

This home is beautifully decorated with ample space! This home thus far is the cleanest rental I have stayed in! The screened in porch pool area is ideal to unwind & socialize. All amenities close by, not a thing we needed as the home is well stocked with kitchen gadgets & extras. The only thing I could possibly suggest is to have a couple extra kitchen liners & TP. I’d stay again!

Picture Perfect - All the Comforts

My husband and I, our two adult children and their spouses, stayed for 3 nights. The house was so beautiful and fully equipped. We cooked most meals in and we found everything we needed, included quality pots and pans and utensils. We grilled out one evening and that was great, too. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. It was nice for our adult children and their spouses to each have a queen or king sized bed. The laundry facilities were so very nice!! We enjoyed our stay 100% and will book again, given the opportunity of visiting this city again. By the way, we enjoyed kayaking in the Rainbow River and bicycling on the nearby trails.

this was a great clean property, which my sons and I enjoyed. Comfortable and quite neighborhood

We would most definitely stay at this house again! Very relaxing and my grandsons are 3 miles away from us so we all enjoyed the pool to make special memories.

My sons 16th birthday

Rented this house for my sons birthday weekend and it was perfect for our family. The pool was clean and the water was warm. There were little things like dish soap and trash bags that made our weekend so easy

Quiet Home

We traveled to Citrus Springs to visit Three Sister Springs. This home provided a roomy place for us to stay during our trip. Check in was very smooth although we had to contact property manager for wifi password. Overall our stay was enjoyable.

Lack of information on house

When we arrived the combination to the front door had not been reset. The property manager answered our call and got us in. There was no information sheet on the house anywhere in the house and no instructions in our welcome email that explained the WiFi. I found the WiFi password in a desk door. There were 4 remotes for the living room TV with no instructions. There was a spectrum cable remote that turned on the TV but there was no cable service. An Amazon firestick was connected but there was no remote. The TV was too old to allow us to use aircast from our iPhone. One TV in the 3rd bedroom had only a CD player attached but there are no cd’s. It was a frustrating process to figure out and we were were never able to enjoy the living room tv area. The pool area is nice. The house was clean. The decor is dated but ok. We also couldn’t get the lamps to work in the living room. A maintenance man came and fixed. We were given a refund credit for the TV problem and this was appreciated. I would suggest the owner get cable for all the rooms or get updated smart TVs with better access to cable apps and allow an aircast. Unfortunately we would not rent this property again.
