This roomy 5-bedroom, 3-bath home is just steps from a private bay beach in one of Dennis's most sought-after locations. Close to town, with easy access to local ice cream shops, restaurants, and bars—just a short drive or bike ride away. Enjoy central AC, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, and a large yard ideal for family gatherings. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your convenience. Ample parking available.
Saturday to Saturday rental.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Vacation

Excellent indoor space and property location. A little dated. In need of some repairs. Outside space needs work. Cleaning could have been better. Overall a very positive experience. A little disappointed in the negatives considering the price.

Bay beach house

The screened porch and outside chair cushions were unusable dur to mold/mildew smell. Great location and great calm water beach for our grandkids. Dated furnishings but useable.

The house was well appointed, clean, and had plenty of room for all of our group. Great communication with the management and easy access to everything. Will be back!

Great location, wonderful house

Close to all attractions. A few steps to an amazing beach which we spent many nights there for sunset. Very nice and clean house with decent bedrooms and bathrooms
