This VERY spacious and well equipped 4 story, 2400 sq/ft 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom chalet with a Private Hot Tub sleeps up to 18 people!

Perfect for large gatherings of family and friends with room for everyone and tucked away in the architecturally controlled neighbourhood of Forest Lane in the Snowpines area of Big White Ski Resort.

After a long day on the slopes or the trails you can enjoy the view from the private Hot Tub off the main floor and gather in front of the beautiful fireplace.

Ski In/Out:
Ski in - via Serwa’s run to the back door.
Ski out - down Forest Lane, cross the road, down Snowpines Rd and through the ski out at the end of the cul de sac to Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost & Plaza chairs (conditions permitting).

VILLAGE ACCESS
Options:
- Ski to the Plaza Chair and ride it up
- Drive 2 minutes down the road to the Happy Valley Parking lot and ride the Lara's Gondola up
- Do the 20 minute walk down the road and along the cat track
- Jump on the regularly scheduled shuttle bus that will be starting Jan 30 for the remainder of the season

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit(s) or building(s). Failure to abide by this rule could lead to a $1,000 fine if evidence is found in the unit upon check-out.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon.
No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises
The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description.
Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.
The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged $150, which will be deducted from your damage deposit.
All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.

Nice accomodations

Good spot for our annual Big White trip. We had 9 adults and one baby and there was lots of space for everyone. The top room was nice and quiet for the little one. The ski out is a bit further along a cat track but the ski in is right off a run to the back door. The kitchen is well stocked and had some spices and condiments.

Great stay

Property manager was very communicative and helpful. Brings supplies whenever they run out. Property was clean and cozy. Great amenities. Slight downside is that it is a little ways away from the chairlifts; however, still manageable.

Full family spring ski

The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The ski in was good once we found the route off of Serwa’s. Ski out was not as good there is a bit of a walk for the little kids making it not as convenient to eat lunch at the chalet. (Not a big deal for the adults). The boot room is on the top level and has a boot/mitten dryer which was much appreciated. The unit was the last one in the cul-de-sac making the hot tub private with an open view. Kitchen had almost all necessary items but was missing a large pot for making pasta or potatoes for a big group. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo for a large group

We stayed in this condo with our friends and family and it was plenty spacious for all 16 of us including our two dogs:) We liked the covered parking spot and there was also ample parking in the area for two additional cars. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and the kitchen was well appointed with lots of utensils and even spices and other cooking supplies. The beds were all comfortable and the kids all really enjoyed the TV / sound system and the hot tub. The location is also beautiful as there are lots of surrounding hills that the kids loved to slide down and build various snow structures in. We have stayed in many places at Big White over the years and the ski in aspect of this condo was excellent as you could ski straight to the back door of the condo where you could put your skis into a ski locker. The slope was relatively steep however and may not be appropriate for beginners. As this condo was the last condo in the development you could ski from the ski locker around the building to the front which was nice as you didn’t have to carry the skis through the condo, as you would with some of the other houses in the development. The ski out is not quite as nice as the ski in because you have to ski on the road for about 5 to 10 minutes to get to the ski lift. The spring conditions at the time of our stay made this a little challenging at times when parts of the road were bare. Another option was a ski track along the main road into the village which you could access by skiing down a steep slope in front of the condo. Once you cross the entrance of the road into the snow pines development you can access this track and in about 5 to 10 minutes you will be at the lift. Overall we really enjoyed this unit and had an excellent week of skiing. We were thankful for the quick response management gave us to any small issues we had and would not hesitate to use Location Mountain Management again for future stays.
