River House

The weather was fantastic. The cabin was beyond clean. We've been to 3 cabins in Seminary and this is out favorite one bby far. The view is absolutely breathtaking!

River House Perfection!

We had another fantastic stay at the River House! Everything was immaculate, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches like the homemade cookies and jelly. The property offers so many activities for both kids and adults to enjoy, keeping everyone entertained. Debbie and Rick are incredible hosts, always going above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. We can’t wait to return for our next stay!"

Amazing HIDDEN GEM!!!

Talk about AWESOME!! This cabin is AWESOME! This is my third time staying and it gets better every time! I wish I could stay here its just that beautiful. All the amenities that you need are available. Hands down the BEST.

Home away from home

Wonderful time here! The cabin was so beautiful, in two days we wouldnt have been able to enjoy everything it offered. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed a very cold night together! 5 stars!

This riverfront cabin is amazing! First off, you can not ask for better hosts than Mr & Mrs Hux. Great Getaway

Area is very private/ secluded but very close to heart of Seminary. Spacious property with lots of seating and amenities. Hosts are great and ensure cabin is clean and stocked.

Fantastic Getaway

This is a gorgeous home with an amazing location right on the river, but still near to local shopping and dining. Great communication from the host, perfect amenities, very clean and comfortable… really the property is even better than its listing description. We had high expectations due to the great reviews, and the reality was even better than we hoped. 10/10, our family will definitely book here again.

Awesomeness!!!

The title says it all, this place was amazing, we loved everything about it. It was peaceful and relaxing. Very clean and plenty of room, fully stocked with everything, all you need is clothes, food, and drink. The private sandbar was my favorite. My husband loved all the outdoor areas, he even called up 10 turkeys without a turkey call!!! I’m telling you this place is like a piece of heaven on earth. We will definitely go back!

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect for our mother daughter getaway. The lift really made our stay. My mother is 86 and finds stairs to be challenging. The lift removed any fear of falling. The property is private and the views are stunning. We enjoyed our stay and recommend visiting.

Sweet Home Mississippi

Wanted a close to the coast getaway and this was just a little slice of heaven! The hosts seemed to think of it all for this property. Bopped over to Ellisville, Laurel, and Hattiesburg for some thrifting with the beloved. Mostly just loved the time relaxing at this peaceful little paradise. Can't wait till it warms up and we can come back and utilize the sand bar and downstairs area more!

65th birthday celebration

This cabin is everything described and more! We celebrated with life long friends as we all turn 65 this year. It's in a secluded area yet close to grocery stores and restaurants. You won't be disappointed with this rental as there is something for everyone young and old!

Paradise in Mississippi

We wanted to get out of town for a few days and ran across the listing for this house. The location is perfect. After traveling down a beautiful tree lined gravel road and crossing the small private bridge, you get a glimpse of this spectacular home. We were welcomed with a plate of chocolate chip cookies and a note from the owners. This is the best vrbo home that I have stayed in. The owners have thought of everything that you might need. Do yourself a favor and book this stunning home.

Relaxing River House

This house is absolutely perfect. Great location with a great view. Amazing outdoor living space which included lots of comfortable seating, TV, BBQ pit, fridge, ice maker, sink, counter space, and plenty of outdoor games. Indoor space was extremely comfortable and super well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house is secluded and located at the end of a private road but still extremely close to stores. Perfect place to relax and unwind! Located about half hour from both Hattisburg and Laurel which is a perfect day trip. Highly recommend!!!

Great hidden jewel

The river house is not just a house but as soon as you walk in, you are made to feel at home! It is a cozy, elegant, with thought out details to meet your every need home. The house has everything from any kitchen tool you will need, so many variety of games (adult and children), toys for little ones, river toys, outdoor games, a complete outdoor kitchen with grill, ice maker, fridge, multiple outdoor seating arrangements. The fire pit is great with wood and kindlings ready for a wonderful fire to be built. The s’mores skewers were even provided! We will definitely be going back! Debbie and Rick ( owners) are fantastic. You will not be disappointed with your choice of a vacation house!

Absolute Hidden Gem!!

I'm not sure if you can find a better place to stay that has truly anything & everything you can think of! This cabin is super high end. The way it was decorated is such a dream! Absolutely gorgeous! The master bathroom shower has with a huge window with nature views & makes for the perfect outdoor, rustic - yet luxurious feel! This cabin even has an elevator (perfect for loading & unloading!) It is also well stocked with anything you may need. The area downstairs has a half bathroom, a big TV, many seating areas with multiple swings, soft cushiony chairs, a screened in area with tables and chairs, beach towels, outdoor shower, ceiling fans and so so much more! There's even a beach area by the river that has multiple seating as well! A grocery store is also about 5 mins away. My favorite part was waking up & drinking coffee on the porch, sitting in the rocking chair listening to the birds chirping & looking out at the river (also sitting out by the river) The owners even left us baked cookies & blueberry jelly as welcome gifts (which were oh so delicious!) This cabin also provides outdoor & indoor games - so even on a rainy day, you are set! My family had such a wonderful experience! The owners are also the sweetest people ever! They really made sure we were taken care of & checked in with us when we needed. Exceeded all of our expectations for sure! I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for the perfect getaway! We will definitely be back!
