This 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for people traveling for business, families, couples, and friends who simply want to explore the city. It can accommodate up to 6 adults. Hotel quality amenities. Kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and dinnerware. Washing machine w/ laundry detergent. Bath and toilet are separate. WIFI available.

Few minutes walk to Hondori and PARCO Shopping Mall.
Getting Around:
15 mins via tram from Hiroshima Station to Kanayamacho Station.
3 minutes walk from nearest tram station.
Other Things to Note:
The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please.
Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.
So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.
