Gorgeous property surrounded on 2 sides by water & beautiful views!
The property was amazing!!! On the tip of a little peninsula - so it is surrounded by water/the bay inlets on 3 sides! Which gives the house beautiful water views from most rooms. It also makes it very private because 3 sides you have no neighbors. Just water & yard.
The yard is so large & fabulous you wont ever want to leave the house! It comes w/ 4 great kayaks which are easy to drop in the water anywhere along the propertyâs waterfront. You just hop in a kayak & off you go - exploring the bay & all the inlets & wildlife. Then just tie the kayak up anywhere along the docks surrounding the house. It is great kayaking!!
The large yard on the water is beautiful w/ Decks & hammock & outdoor fire pit. Also comes w/3 bikes, boogie boards, tons of beach chairs.. It is fully stocked for a great ready-made vacation. And - it has a very nice separate apartment (w kitchen & extra beds) above the garage so you could split w/another couple or invite your parents/in laws/ friends.
The house itself is nice -especially the giant cozy family room w huge windows w water views. Huge cozy sectional - great hang out room.
The only teeny drawback is the 2nd floor of the main house (bedrooms) hasnât been updated so its a bit musty. Being surrounded by water is Heaven - but it does make it a bit damp/musty. If they had a couple dehumidifiers it would help a lot. BUT this was minor compared to how fabulous the yard & location is. We definitely recommend it & would definitely rent again.
