Built in 2021, this contemporary retreat blends seamlessly with its surroundings, providing the perfect balance of comfort, style, and tranquilityâall while being fully off-grid and powered by the sun.
One of three private houses on the property (PÄ«tokuku, Ruru, and Tree House), it offers a unique sanctuary while remaining within a short stroll of its sister retreats via scenic bush trails.
A Space to Unwind & Recharge
Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows flood the home with natural light, capturing stunning bush and ocean views. Beautiful timber floors flow through the spacious open-plan living area, where every detail has been carefully considered for effortless island living.
Well-appointed kitchen featuring a wine fridge & beer fridge
Cozy nook that doubles as an extra sleeping space for two
Two generous bedrooms in the main house:
Master bedroom with a luxurious ensuite
Second bedroom with access to a shared bathroom
Additional outdoor-access toilet & vanity â perfect for campers or kids
Expansive indoor & outdoor living spaces, seamlessly connected by sprawling decks
For larger families or extra guests, a third queen bedroom and a bunk room are available just 50 meters from the back deck, offering extra privacy while staying connected to the main house.
