Convenient for what we needed: close to family, Frankston Hospital, Bayside Shopping Centre for groceries. Very quiet and easy access to a walking track and the beach.

Weekend getaway

Unit was close to shops and restaurants, very clean and well appointed. The hosts met us on arrival and we're extremely friendly and informative. The whole experience was a great one

Family-friendly accommodation in a great location

The property is clean, fully furnished and has everything required for a quiet holiday or a long-term stay. The property manager was responsive, very kind and helpful. The apartments are in a quiet and secure spot, in a close proximity to the beach, shopping center and cafes. The property is a little bit old but fully corresponds its description. Great accommodation for business travelers, families or long-term stay

A pleasant stay

The property was clean, and was generous with what was provided in the kitchen and bathroom. It is well located and price sensitive. However, the property needs a spring clean and some refreshing. The bedroom cupboards had an accumulation of obits and pieces (which should be in the hall cupboard) that detracted from actually using the cupboards to hang clothes. The kitchen and bathroom were light and airy, but the lighting in the living area was dingy. The code on the front gate did not work, and no code for the back gate.

older than we imagined, but overall very satisfactory

We were amazed at the quantity of bedding and kitchen equipment and food items! The mattress on the lower bunk was very uncomfortable for this old back, but the electric recliner sofa was great!

Frankston

Generally ok. There was no WiFi and this should be advertised before booking. Room was superficially clean but once in there it should have been cleaner. The accommodation is part of a bloc of other flats. The whole site could do with a facelift. Frankston has it's issues but has a fantastic shopping centre and good transport to Melbourne and the airport.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our time in Frankston and this apartment was conveniently located with a short walk to the shops and a great walking trail behind the apartment down to the beach. The place was clean and access to the pool was a lot of fun for our teens. Claire and Glen were lovely and had great communication. Many thanks for a pleasant stay.

Great Location

The unit was great value for us, there was no surcharge for a third person. Claire and Glenn were very nice. They were also very flexible. The unit has no Wifi, no dryer, and no dishwasher. The listing does indicate there is no WiFi. There is a clothing line on the balcony. My clothing did dry quickly on the line. The unit is a little dated, but the pictures do reflect this. The kitchen had all we needed, a refrigerator with freeze, electric kettle, microwave, stove and oven. The unit is centrally located. It is 12 minute walk to the railway station. There is a bus stop just a few blocks away. The train from the Frankston to Flinders station is 1 hour and 5 minutes. The shopping center is a 8 minute walk and has 3 grocery stores and a Kmart and Target. We had a great stay at this unit.

Quiet location close to central Frankston

We stayed at the unit for a week. It was a delightful quiet location. The hosts were always helpful and responded quickly to Emails. The property was competitively priced and close to the shopping centre. Would recommend to others.

Property was clean and tidy, super friendly hosts. Washing machine wasn't working when we arrived on Sunday, informed hosts and went out of their way to buy a new one and install it on the same day. Highly reccomend

Well located , close to beaches, shopping and entertainment. Washing machine was nit working when we arrived on a Sunday, owners went and bought a new one and installed same day. Super friendly and welcoming hosts.
