Söt liten 455 kvm fot studio har något för alla. Skidåkare har omedelbar tillgång till Winter Park och Mary Jane. Icke-skidåkare kommer att njuta av alla funktioner i Ironhorse orten: inomhus-utomhuspool, badtunnor, fitness, restaurang, ångbad, spelrum, och en gratisbuss till staden Winter Park. Tillbaka i år, Amtrak skid tåget!

Everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend. Thanks Jeff

Conveniently located in beautiful surroundings. Great jacuzzi and pool. Sipped wine around the gorgeous fire pit and watched satellites cross the dark night skies. Early mornings on private balcony featured hummingbirds, songbirds, and visits of Moose. Balcony faces west so sun was not a bother. A real pleasant get away. Priced right.

While the aesthetics are outdated, the condo as a whole is great. Great location and value for a ski town. Easy directions, good host. No big complaints.

Artist Hang Out

We have stayed in this studio apartment several times while exhibiting at Alpine Art Affair in Winter Park. It’s the best deal I have found over the years and Jeff is always helpful with the door codes. We call this place the “house of long codes” as the door and room codes are long with lots of places for fat fingers. It will serve your needs of a place to hang your hat while out and about during the day.

Great basic stay right on the hill at winter park

The condo was just what my daughter and I needed for our ski trip to Winter Park. The building is located very conveniently right on a catwalk to the gondola. It was clean and basic and what we needed. There was a water problem in the building but the owner was quick to notify us about it. Would stay again.

Great ski in/out location

Easy access, nice hot tub, pool & gym area. The condo was perfect for 2. Comfy bed and all the cooking utensils you need.

Wonderful condo in winter park

This rental is the perfect place for a Winter Park get away. The unit had everything we needed to cook, and the property's amenities are nice. There is a great hike right in the other side of the highway. We would definitely stay here again.

Ski-in ski-out condo

Perfect location a few steps away from the corridor run, that takes you down to the gondola.Very comfy pull down (murphy) bed.Well equipped studio for self catering.Nice hot tubs for relaxing in after a hard day on the slopes.Checkin was easy, via door codes provided prior to arrival.Parking was very easy and convenient. The studio comes with two passes that you display in the car window.Very peaceful location.Jeff was very helpful and prompt with his communication.In summary I would highly recommend this lovely studio.

We had a pleasant stay

Building’s public areas and this condo were immaculately clean. This condo has a very well-equipped kitchen. The Murphy bed is very comfortable. Easy ski in-out access. Lovely building lobby area, which we and friends staying in other units enjoyed for “happy hour” gatherings. Enjoyed the hot tub. Very easy to contact condo owner, who provided concise and clear details on parking, tv operation, unit quirks, etc. The WP shuttle makes frequent, regularly scheduled stops right at the Iron Horse main entrance. We weren’t able to recycle at the Iron Horse, which we found somewhat disappointing.

Very hot🔥

Resort is very dated. We were there during record heat. There is no air conditioning and only patio door opens and no air flow. Bought a fan ( which we were promptly reimbursed for- thanks!) It helped some but still very hot until about midnight. First 2 days pool was closed so couldn't even use that to cool down. Unit was nice but needs updates. Had everything we needed but air conditioner. Resort is another story though the whole ceiling in parking garage is falling down. And instead of worried about fixing that , we got a nasty note on door that we are not allowed to leave a towel.on balcony on plastic chair.and we were in violation! Unbelievable!! Beautiful area we really enjoyed the area.

Alpine At Affair Artist Lodging

Great price and value for Winter Park. We relaxed after exhibiting at art show and condo had everything we needed for four-night stay. Minor problem of not getting sign in screen for Netflix but we could get it for Prime. Very long codes for keypads are a pain. We passed on the hot tub and pool as it was either a short drive or long walk from Building D plus there were 3 keypads to get into pool/hot tub area and one to get back in the building. I had interesting experience with the 6’ 5” clearance in parking garage. My booth and artwork are hauled in a 1988 Suburban (great mountain beast with second 350-V8) that got new leaf springs and overloads this spring. Getting in loaded was no problem. Saturday night another 2020 something Suburban parked next to us and I commented to Jean, “look, my old Suburban is a foot higher than that new one”. Sunday morning, I scraped the roof barrier as the new springs had relaxed and raised the empty body up to the 6’ 5”. I never considered that happening.

July 4th Weekend 2025

Overall, this stay was amazing. The Lift bus is easily accessible to get you anywhere you’d like to go. The easy access to Trestle was amazing as well. As a young adult, the price of this stay is unbeatable. 10/10 would recommend.

Ski in-ski out fantastic location

This is a studio, as the description says and has all that one may need. However, the studio is very tired and outdated. Old appliances, it appeared that the bathroom might have had a leak at some point and work had started but never completed (holes in the wall, trim missing, wallpaper torn etc). The owner was an excellent communicator and dealt with a few missing items (no soap for the shower, no dishwasher detergent etc). Just know that the space although is warm and safe and ski in and ski out, it is old and worn. wasn't finished (

Convenient ski-in ski-out studio

We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent for skiing, with genuine ski-in and ski-out access.Communication with the owner about the check-in process, and other information about the property, was very good. He was very helpful in allowing us to leave our car in the basement garage during the day when we checked-out, which was very convenient for skiing that day.Our only negative is that a few items in the condo would benefit from some maintenance and/or updating, but this did not detract from our enjoyment of our stay.

Good location for ski in ski out

The condo is not new but offers everything it needs for a week. Only a toaster is missing. The owner is responsive and should replace the very thin pillows.

Nice studio with a Murphy Bed

Full size kitchen and comfortable living space. Easy check in instructions. The Murphy bed is extremely soft so if you're a 'stiff mattress' sleeper, this might not work for you.

Short on pillow talk

At a minimum, provide pillows and decent bedding, or explain upfront the set up. As a studio, it is basically a bedroom. Get the couch cleaned once in awhile, or invest in a new one from American Furniture for what I just paid.
