This cozy beachfront condo is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Landmark 1001 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the quaint Belleair Beach.
Start your day watching the sunrise from the east balcony and end your day with a golden sunset from the west balcony.
Both balconies boast water views, one of the gulf and the other of the bay.
You'll never run out of things to do with the on-site pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court. beautiful gulf shore ahead of you and the Clearwater Bay.
Catch a glimpse of jumping dolphins from the gulf-side balcony or watch the boats pass by from the bay-side balcony.
Restaurants, shops, and bars are located right across the street at Sandkey Plaza.
Clearwater Beach is only a 5 minute drive away!
HOUSE RULES and Special requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the condo must also be one of the occupants.
Monthly Minimum Rentals. 'No Broken Months allowed'
14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association'
No Parties.
No Trailers.
Check-in is after 4 pm
Check-out is before 10 am
