Strict Non Smoking complex.
Walk into the large, air conditioned, open plan living area fitted with a large Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and magnificent views of Soldiers Point waterways, the living area opens out onto the balcony with dining furnisher and Weber gas BBQ. There is a renovated fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and induction cooktop.
Walk up 8 steps to the bedrooms, the main bedroom has a King Bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and renovated ensuite with floor to ceiling tiles, shower, vanity, and toilet. Bedroom two has a Queen bed and ceiling fan whilst bedroom three has two King Single beds and ceiling fan.
The main bathroom has been renovated and has floor to ceiling tiles, a gorgeous freestanding bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. The unit provides an internal laundry with a front loader washer/ dryer combo and secure parking in the double lockup garage.
Pelican Sands is a small complex of 6 units and provides an inground swimming pool right on the waterfront, we also manage unit 3 so the extended family or friends can join you on holidays, once you have stayed at Pelican Sands, you will want to come back.
Soldiers Point has calm, safe swimming beaches and tranquil bushland on offer, the location of Pelican Sands is fantastic to watch the spectacular sunsets over the water. For dining out, Soldiers Marina offers a superb dining experience with two restaurants to choose, or Soldiers Point Bowling Club and Rick Stein Bannisters are both an easy eight-minute level walk away.
Pelican Sands complex is mainly owner occupied so residential noise restrictions do apply.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday â midnight to 8am
Any other day â 10pm to 8am
Pelican Sands has strict policies for no guest pets, no party groups and is strictly a No Smoking complex.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
