Perfect apot for a friends' getaway concert weekend

We booked for Brandi Carlile's Mothership weekend. Originally we had 7 people in our group. This place would have comfortably accomodated that. (We ended up with 4 due to some shifting plans.) Location was perfect, close to both the Real Topeka music venue, friends in the towers, and the beach. Loved using the boogie boards to play in the waves. Townhome was updated with tasteful decor. Felt both comfy and nice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, bowls, cups, cutlery, cooking and baking needs. Pretty much everything a person would need. The ice maker kept up well. Loved the screened in porches, especially having coffee from the primary bedroom. The owners were easy to reach, responsive, and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for hosting!

Very comfortable condo not far from the beach

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had plenty of space and the furniture was higher quality than a lot of other condos we have been to in Florida. One thing I would mention is that this condo is on the backside of an outdoor amphitheater. There was a multiple evening concert going on for the weekend we arrived and left. It can be a little loud outside and some music can be heard inside the condo. It ends by 10:00 PM, so it is tolerable. It does affect how you enter and leave the complex since your easiest route is cut off the entire days of the concert. If you prefer quieter places, you should check the concert schedule for the amphitheater.

Beautiful and Serene Getaway

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The views are exquisite because you are behind the lake, yet you have the ocean view as well. The cool breezes on the two patios were so relaxing. I had my coffee there every morning and our college bound son and his friends sat up on the second floor patio every evening to make their plans and also enjoy the breeze and view. There was so much room for our family and guests and every bedroom had a bathroom so no one ever had to wait. It is situated in between Emerald Coast Parkway and 38, so you are near everything. There was so much to do on the resort as well. The boys enjoyed golf and us girls enjoyed the pool right outside the condo even though there were four others. I can't say enough about our wonderful stay here. The owners checked in with us, and the property manager answered our question quickly, was always available, and very accommodating as well. We are already planning our next visit to come back and stay again and again! You will not be disappointed.

Summer Rejuvenation

I must say this was one of the best properties that I have stayed and enjoyed every thing about it it was everything you needed home away from home The owners didn’t miss out on anything the property is in immaculate condition the pictures are exactly the way the property is kept we really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back again soon thank you so much
