From the moment you arrive at Nanga Mai, you will be impressed with the quality and finish of this custom-built home. Upon approach, the sprawling grounds and gardens of the estate and sweeping views of the dam will immediately impress.

When you enter the home, the central portion features the main kitchen area with full-sized appliances and walk-in scullery. The marble benchtops and well-appointed appliances will provide more than enough space and inspiration to cook for all your guests. In front of the kitchen is the main dining area with a dining table that will comfortably seat 10 people for meals. The dining area continues its raked cedar ceilings out into the covered alfresco dining and BBQ area. This is the perfect place to enjoy evening drinks as it looks over the grassland and gardens towards the dam. On either side of the alfresco area, there are 2 other getaway areas: a small deck with table and chairs to the west and an outdoor lounge area to the east.

Back inside the house, the main lounge area has comfortable seating and a TV area. The house has ducted air conditioning throughout to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. There is also a large wood fireplace in the living area for the colder months.

The master bedroom is privately tucked away on the western corner of the house, with a large ensuite, shower, bath, and toilet. All finishes are of the highest quality, with custom-built cabinetry, marble benches, and quality tiling throughout the ensuite. The bath even has full-length window views across your own private garden area.

The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite. The third and fourth bedrooms each have their own entries from outside the house and are filled with light via the full-length glass windows. They contain a queen and double bed respectively. A third bathroom is hidden away behind a secret door panel in the main hallway, go exploring and you will find this hidden gem!

Please note there is unfenced access to deep water on this property. Please supervise your children at all times whilst outdoors.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
