Escape to 64 @ Cape View is located in the Cape View Resort Busselton and is the perfect family getaway in a resort setting where two perfect worlds collide â the shores of Geographe Bay and the heart of the Margaret River wine region.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2 storey holiday townhouse which can sleep up to 6 people is located within the Cape View Resort complex and is a 350m walk to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay, no road just straight across to the beach!
A 10-minute drive (or 6km cycle or walk along the path directly at the front of the resort) takes you to the Busselton Jetty and its Shopping and Food Precinct.
A 15-minute walk from the resort will take you to restaurants, take-away eateries and a farmers' market. The township of Vasse with its new shopping precinct is just a 5-minute drive, and just beyond there is a plethora of breweries, wineries and providores.
The coastal hamlet of Dunsborough is a 15-minute drive along Bussell Highway, offering even more eateries and shopping delights as well as beautiful natural beauty.
The townhouse with its own parking, is Self-contained accommodation including kitchen, dining and living and a private courtyard with outdoor setting. For your comfort there is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and upstairs bedrooms and all bedrooms also have fans & robes. In the fully equipped modern kitchen are tea and coffee facilities, including a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and there are laundry facilities with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has an ensuite attached.
There are Smart TVs in the living area and two bedrooms. You will be able to use your own streaming accounts on the Smart TVs provided.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.
Self check-in with onsite secure lock box.
Geographe Holiday Homes is an independent, locally family owned and managed business within the Geographe Bay area, supporting the local community.
The outside pool is fully operational, right next to BBQ facilities.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.Â

- Busseltonâs close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. Itâs a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen suppliesâplease contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
