Great Place For A Guys Trip

6 of us were getting together for a bachelor party weekend. This house suited our needs. 5 minute walk to the beach, liquor store literally around the corner and just a short drive to the casinos. 3 bedrooms and 3 couches slept all of us comfortably. Plenty of parking in the driveway.

It was a okay stay

When arrived house wasn't clean. Property manager claim that someone was supposed to call me to push back check in never received a call or email. Basement had a A mildew smell and mildew on the bed rails, wall and dresser! Property Manager got upset when I brought it to his attention. Didn't let my kids sleep down there even though they brought air freshener after I brought candles. Rest of the house was great other than only having 1 TV in the house!

My family arrived with initial excitement for our annual trip to the shore. We immediately were taken by surprise with the overall outside appearance of the property. Overgrown scrubs partially blocked the steps leading to the entrance of the house and no chairs on the front porch gave an initial unwelcoming impression. Further investigation led to the discovery of a broken refrigerator door that would not close nor cool. We immediately contacted property management who were initially receptive and advised us to 'lift up and slam' the door shut. After following instructions, we were able to get it to shut but, it still would not cool. We reached out again, owner advised, we just had to know how to work the fridge. Fast forward into our day at the property only four chairs at the dinning table for a house advertised to sleep twelve a majority of which were broken. Mold discovered in all air conditioning units. We tried to overlook these issues because of our long travel and excitement to be at the shore. When night fell on our first day we pulled out the sofas, food and other items fell out of poorly made beds with sheets covered in brown substances. Again, we reached out to the property management who advised that we were being unreasonable and over reacting. It so unclean we decided we could not stay here and had to return home with our disappointed family. Property management reported they would have an emergency cleaning crew at eleven am the next morning reporting previous renters had damaged the residence but it was too late for us. It was obvious they are doing the bare minimum to keep this place afloat for rent. We felt taken advantage of and when we requested a refund on three separate occasions during our interaction there was no response in return. Ultimately, we don't want to see another family taken advantage of please avoid using this renter because we lost out on our family vacation for the year as a result. We only fault ourselves for not renting a place with reviews.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay in Ventnor City very much. The beach was only 2 blocks away+. The neighborhood was very nice, lots of shops and restaurants;.

Nice stay in Ventnor City

The house was nice except the first floor, which was more of a basement and mildewy. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. We had a nice time at the house.
