Very cute casita in a great location close to downtown Estes Park and just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. More homey than luxury, but comfortable where it counts. The beds and shower were great. Does need some appliance updates and general fixes, but was great for a few days. We did see deer outside the last day which was great. Very quiet. Easy parking.

Great location! Very clean and had everything we needed. We came at a warmer time and was missing a/c, but the host had fans and we opened the windows in the evening which helped a lot! Did not get a chance to visit the spa located downstairs (maybe next time). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay and relax! Will be back!

Overall a great place. Very clean, beds were comfortable and all was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay with two children ages 10 and 12. We did not take advantage of the spa but as advertised, you would not have even known it was there as it does not interfere in any way with your stay. The road is a little noisy during busy times but the river view makes up for it and the outdoor hammock and chairs are very nice. The location being close to downtown and other shops is great and quick access to the RMNP entrance.
