My Happy Place - the perfect place to relax & unwind in the beautiful Florida sunshine!
This coastal paradise has been freshly painted, tastefully furnished and features a large outdoor
living area providing diversity for the entire family. It has ample room for entertaining - complete with an outdoor tv, fridge & BBQ. Imagine splashing around with friends & family in the inviting southern exposure heated pool, relaxing on the lounge chairs or just taking it all in from one of the other three outdoor sitting areas – allowing for either sun or shade enjoyment. It has everything to make this the ideal spot for an early morning coffee or a late night beverage, while watching the sun set over the glistening canal.

Prepare to be impressed as you enter this waterfront villa, introducing a beautiful open concept design highlighted with high multi-height ceilings and a magnificent view of the desirable outdoor space through the retractable door. This home offers a spacious living area, a fully-furnished kitchen and a multi purpose den with both a desk and a queen pullout sofa. The floor plan of this home allows for easy central entertaining and a split bedroom design. You will find a private master bedroom with a king size bed, En-Suite & walk in closet on one end of the house with access to the screened in lanai and pool area. On the opposing side of the house, you will find a queen guest suite that also has access to the screened lanai and pool area. A third suite featuring both a queen size & full size bed can also be found on this side as well as a shared bath with pool side access. Making this the perfect retreat for adults/couples & families alike!

From the moment we walked through the front door, we felt like we were welcome. This is truly an enjoyable 'home away from home'. My husband and I have rented other homes in Florida but none that compare to this one. Nicely decorated but the addition of throws, pillows and baskets brought total warmth and coziness to the home. Highly recommended!!!! N/A

My husband and I stayed in this house for 5 days in may and it was truly paradise! The house is bright and airy, and had everything you could ask for. The pool area was heavenly, with a gorgeous view of the canal. It was the perfect place the enjoy coffee in the morning and spend the afternoons soaking in the sun. Close to shopping and restaurants. The perfect relaxing getaway, we have already rebooked our next stay!

Take your benedryl and an allergy rescue pen!

This is a beautiful home. The pool area is sublime. Appliances, great. THIS HOME HAS A SEVERE INFESTATION OF HONEY BEES! While they are generally non aggressive, they swarm around you when you go to the front yard. Twice a person came to move them, twice, he failed. They’re everywhere. Very disappointed with management. For a person who is allergic, this is a nightmare. Please use caution, seriously. The hive is growing daily.

Great place! Enjoyed our stay very much. Eva was my main point of contact and she was great. Easy to book. Easy to follow up with for checkout. And I gave her some feedback on the house!
