Mycket ren lägenhet bekvämt beläget nära leden, butiker + stad!

Mitt hem är en 2 sovrum / 2 badrum bottenvåningen lägenhet, med drygt 1000 kvadratmeter bostadsyta med stora garderober i båda sovrummen. Lägenheten är nio år ung med laminatgolv i matsalen och vardagsrummet. Det finns mattor i båda sovrummen. Det rymmer 7 med en utdragbar drottningssoffa i vardagsrummet och en extra tvåbäddsmadrass lagrad under gästsängen. Hemmet är bekvämt beläget precis mellan Lewes och Rehoboth Beach på östra sidan av väg 1 och nära butikerna. När du är där kan du ta tillbaka vägarna för att komma till Rehoboth centrum på 10 minuter (mindre än 4 mil bort) och du behöver inte komma tillbaka på väg 1! År 2020 kommer Sandpiper-samhället att vara grindat och endast åtkomst med en kod för ökad säkerhet.
Om du är intresserad av att äta i är köket fullt utrustat med alla dina matlagningsbehov och har en separat matplats. Hemmet har grundläggande kabeltjänst, med 2 Smart TV: er (tillgång till Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc. ...). En fullstor tvättmaskin / torktumlare, liksom Wifi tillhandahålls också. Koppla av och njut av den avskärmade verandan. På grund av min sons svåra allergier finns det en strikt politik för icke-rökare, inga husdjur.

Även om det inte finns någon pool, kan du gå 1/4 mil längs vägen till Midway Speedway Park och få ett heldagspass för att simma i poolen i olympisk storlek, använda kiddiepoolen eller vattenrutschbanor för endast $ 18! De har också go-carts, stötfångare båtar och minigolf!

Conveniently located gorgeous stay

Stephanie was extremely accommodating. The condo was clean and conveniently close to outlet shopping, beaches and great food choices. Another perk was the wawa in less than a block’s walking distance!

Great little getaway

Even though the weather was the best, we had a great time and lots of relaxation. This condo was in a great location to the beach, town and outlets.

Family reunion

The property was as advertised! I like the location relative to getting to the beach and traveling throughout Rehoboth. I would stay in this unit again, if the opportunity presented itself.

Great great place to stay ! It was all great great location with everything you’d need within 15 minutes of a drive. Anything from the outlets to the boardwalk to the movies to the grocery store all close to you! House was clean and the items provided were very useful! Thanks for everything

Great Stay!

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. It was clean and well organized. Great location convenient to the shopping outlets and restaurants. The neighbors were friendly and very quiet. Communication with Stephanie was great and I would definitely stay there again.

Stephanie has a cute condo that suited our needs perfectly. My girls having their own bedroom and bathroom was definitely an added bonus. I also appreciated all of the recommendations I received regarding our travel plans.:)

It was a beautiful stay, but there were some things that weren’t. The whole house needs cleaning. It is a very dusty place. Also the dishes need to be switched out and upgraded. The dining room table is wobbly and some of the chairs are broken and someone could fall. We did enjoy our week, but fixing all these issues would’ve made it batter.

Location, location, location

We found this condo to be very convienient for going to Cape Henlopen State Park, outlet shopping, and restaurants. It was close enough to the beach, an easy drive down Route 1. Wifi was very fast which is great for work/school. Stephanie was a great host; she quickly responded when things came up.

Great Gateway to DE Beaches

Location, location, location. We were halfway between Lewes and Rehobeth beaches, which made for easy access to all kinds of fun activities. The property was clean, had decent amenities, and allowed us to save a ton of money by not having to dine out every single meal. The owner is very responsive and helpful, which makes a big difference when you first show up tired, and a bit frazzled. We would recommend the property for small families with young children.

Comfortable condo at Rehoboth

We found the condo to be very comfortable. Everything was clean and we thought the beds were very comfortable. The location was great for outlet shopping and it was nice the have Atlantic Liquors across the street to stop and get some wine. We enjoyed our supper out on the screened in porch and found that very enjoyable also. I would recommend this condo if anyone needed a reasonable place to say at Rehoboth Beach.

At least 3 out of the 4 gates were closed

Property itself is not secured. It may say it resides within a gated community but one gate is always open so that point is null. Check in was easy and the price was good for what we were looking for. The apartment itself was perfect size but the floors and dining room table were super filthy. Like "our kids kept their shoes on" and "baby not crawling on the floor" filthy. Also there were no sheets, linens or towels at the property so we had to go out and buy them. All in all if I was staying there again with my family; I wouldnt. If it was a weekend with the boys then itd be fine.

Clean, nice and location was great for us

We (4 adults and two children) stayed for my grandson's baseball tournament October 19-21. The condo was clean and comfortable. Location was 20 minutes from the field and close to shopping and restaurants in Rehoboth and Lewes. I am being picky and I would have given 5 stars but my granddaughter commented about TV's reception was not very clear and not a lot of channels. But we would definitely stay again, and I would recommend.

Nice location adequate condo

The condo was a perfect location for us. We enjoyed the convenience of the bike trail since we went to Rehoboth to go biking. My only complaint is that the floors in the common area need a good cleaning. The bottom of our feet were filthy from walking on the floor. Everything else was clean except the floor. The furniture also needs updating but it was adequate for us for the weekend.

Excellent Value /Great location

The owner was very gracious to all an early check in for our annual shopping trip. She was quick to answer the phone when I had a question. The condo is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, state park, beach and boardwalk. The unit was tastefully decorated and ample space for the 3 of us. This was way more comfortable than staying in a hotel room. We greatly appreciated the paper products, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, and new sponges in our starter kit. While some would consider it at inconvenience in supplying your linens, it was no problem at all especially since a cleaning fee wasn’t added on to the short rental. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TV in the LR. Overall, excellent value. Definitely would rent this place again.

Clean condo, near shopping

This condo is very clean. If shopping is part of your get-away plans, it's a shopper's paradise. The pictures of the condo are fairly accurate. However, you won't find towels on the racks as shown. You must bring your own towels and sheets. 2 blankets are provided. At the time we booked, it wasn't stated on the web page that you needed to provide your own linens, so we had to buy them when there. This is a big deal if you've flown in as we did - lots of luggage space taken up. We had to check an extra bag on the way home. The need for bringing your own sheets & towels is stated about half-way down in the "Welcome" letter, unfortunately we didn't catch that stipulation. To her credit, Stephanie has since updated the web page and tells visitors to bring their own. For a great sandwich, check out Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli just in front of the complex.
