This double-story modern house located in Point Cook is positioned nearby a Shopping Center & freeway entrance. The local shopping center and train station are within walking distance. House is always in sparkling clean condition.
Whether a short getaway or extended stay, this house delivers a homely experience for all guests, with space to unwind, entertain and connect.

6 bedrooms with 6 queen beds, 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, accommodate up to 17 guests. Luxury quality mattresses ensure you'll have a good night's sleep.

Open fully equipped kitchen guarantees a luxurious and comfortable stay.

4 bathrooms and separated 2 toilets, 6 bedrooms with 4 varying sizes beds of your choice.

There are two living areas with plenty of space for everyone. Central heating and cooling, washing machine, and dryer are provided at your disposal.

• You will have full access to all areas of entire house except the garage.
• The garage is not available to park in, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage and the cleaners' workshop.
• Guest parking is available at the front on the driveway or off street parking.

• Strictly no unregistered guests during your stay. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
• Please respect the noise curfew. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 9.30 pm and 7.30 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive. 
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
• Please respect the noise curfew. Please remain quiet between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• We will contact you after booking with check-in and key-collection details.
• On Sunday nights, ensure pull the bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
• Please switch off the A/C and lights when you go out.
• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged ( is subject to availability ) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
• Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me.
• We are committed to making your stay as happy, enjoyable, welcoming, and as comfortable as possible.
* Guests who have no previous reviews, please send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking.
* We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details.
* The actual number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking.
* Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!! Breaking any of the house rules may result in the host requesting you to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately, with penalty fines for any lost or damages caused to the property or building.
* Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Please remain quiet after 9:30 pm and before 8.00 am. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent or security bond.
* Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property). * Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
* Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
* Parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage or on the street for free and unlimited. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house.
* The minimum age for guests is 30 years old. This means that someone who is under this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves.

By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.

Family wedding stay

Property was good overall, however no full size mirror for the ladies for dressing. There were 2 bedrooms downstairs however no showers downstairs. All showers upstairs were in on-suites so we have to work around this for taking showers.
