Lovely stay. It was the first time that we've stayed at a rental that feels like a home. It was so comfortable and clean. Lisa & her sister take such wonderful care of the property. We were happy to be able to return to such a cozy spot & make ourselves dinner, after a day of games. So easy to get to Dreams Park & downtown Cooperstown. Exactly as the photos represented the property, which isn't always the case!

Perfectly Nordic

I had a wonderful week at the Nordic Farmhaus. The home was well appointed in all facets from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the living spaces. Our host was accommodating, cordial and accessible. The location was perfect for what we were looking for in Cooperstown; 10 minutes to the Hall of Fame and the Otsego Lake, 15 min to the Dreams Park Fields. Easy driving in all directions. The house is nicely off the beaten path but not secluded. There is a restaurant and general store just down the street too. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were fresh and clean. Hoping I find myself back at the Nordic in the future.

Horrible experience!!! Renter beware. Lisa harassed us starting the minute we pulled in the driveway and never stopped. She sent harassing text after harassing text message. The listing says nothing about her living 20 feet from the front door of the rental property. She entered the property multiple times without our permission and seems to have gone through my wife’s personal belongings. She even stalked my wife on Social Media. It was bad enough that my wife felt unsafe and left the property two days early. I would warn anyone considering renting from Lisa to look elsewhere.

Great location for Cooperstown and dreams park, or just to relax. House was great - clean, well stocked, comfortable and a good size for one to a family of five. Modern and relaxing stay

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay at the Nordic Farmhouse. The house was stocked all the essentials (especially the baths and kitchen) that made it easy to relax and enjoy. Upstate NY was even more beautiful in this summer setting.

We hit the jackpot when we found this place. Had everything we needed; updated, bright, cheery, clean, lovely area and close enough to DreamsPark. Hostess is a gem. I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay the home was clean and comfortable and very nicely decorated. It was about 30 minute drive to ASV and about 5 from Cooperstown.

Beautiful Country Home

This home is truly magnificent. It was serene, yet modern with exceptional attention to detail. It does not have central air, which was warm during the afternoon hours; however, if you opened all the doors, a beautiful breeze blew through the open kitchen/living area. Lisa lives on property and was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this home to baseball families staying in Cooperstown!

Beautiful Location

Recently stayed here while my grandson attended Cooperstown Dream Park. The house was clean and airy and we were very comfortable. The location was very pretty. House could have used an upgrade on some of the kitchen utensils as we could only find one knife and no spatula. The owner also lives on the property which probably should be disclosed in the listing although they were pleasant and friendly and we did not feel interference with our stay.

Great option near Dreams Park!

Our son was playing at Dreams Park and this was a great option located about 13 minutes away. We were able to drive back and forth between games when we wanted. The house matched the photos and was clean and functional. I appreciated that it was more updated than a lot of the other listings I found - more of a contemporary/clean style. Lisa (host) was easily available by text when we needed her. If we return next year I would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Our family of 5 stayed here during our son’s baseball tournament at the All-Star Village (ASV) in Oneonta. The drive to ASV is about 25 minutes on peaceful scenic roads - super easy to go back and forth for some rest in between games. The drive to Cooperstown itself is around 10 minutes. This house is beautiful and well-stocked with comfortable beds and plenty of room to hangout in the kitchen/main room area. We also enjoyed the family room downstairs that we used as an office to get work done here & there. Highly recommend this place - it doesn’t get any better, absolutely perfect!

Fantastic Week in Cooperstown!

We were in Cooperstown for a week while our son’s team competed at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The property was beautiful and so peaceful. It looked just like the pictures! It was very well stocked with anything you may think you will need. Check-in was simple. Lisa was very communicative and helpful if we needed anything. It was the perfect place to wind down after a long day of baseball, and it is close enough to comfortably stop in during a game break as well. It only took bout 10 minutes to get to the park. It is also only about 8 minutes to Main Street and close to other great places and restaurants around town. If we ever have a reason to return, we would stay here again for sure.

Cooperstown Visit

We had a great stay, well laid out house, with plenty of room and great outdoor spaces. Very quiet and peaceful and very close to town and Dreams Park. Owner was incredibly attentive and available if needed. Full recommend on the house, really enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful Property for our Family

Our son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park and our family stayed at this property for a week. Perfect location; 5-10 min. away from everything. Lisa, the host, was helpful and available to answer all of our questions. The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!
