Midweek family getaway
There was a big birthday celebration on the weekend and some who were important to the birthday person were unable to attend so we decided to have an extra celebration during the week. It was the perfect accomodation in the most gorgeous location with amazing views from the deck. Our only criticism would be the pressure in the shower, which definitely wasn’t up to scratch. We still would choose this place because it was still very good.

Fantastic location
It has an amazing view off the balcony and is a great location being a block from the shops. The house is very nice and clean. Some of the beds are a bit noisy and there were a few ants in the kitchen but nothing that ruined the stay. The laundry is under the house, enter via the left side of the house, it took us until the morning we were leaving to locate this which was a bit annoying. All in all, a great little house, we will return!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed at this rental. Last time there were leaking pipes which seemed to be fixed now. It is in a great location fabulous view, handy to town centre and a short walk to main beach. The house lacks maintenance and has extremely poor lighting very dark throughout. I think a complete overhaul of the electricals may be the answer as the metre box trips off often also. Garage door needs attention as is very hard to open drags on concrete.However this did not ruin our holiday we spend all day away from the house and really only used it as a base to sleep. Would probably reconsider staying again if lighting issue continues.

The location is spot on - one street from butcher, IGA, bakery, cafe etc and only six minutes walk to the beach. The views are outstanding. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset at the end of the day. Beds were all very comfortable as was the lounge and all furniture. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the shower head which needs replacing. Thanks for having us!

Great location and views - beware that this is a 3bed, 1 bathroom (not 2 as advertised)
We went to Crescent for 4 nights to enjoy the surf and our wives joined us - we were thinking that this was a 3 bed 2 bathroom for 3x couples. The house is very nice and the location is close to everything and the view from veranda is fantastic. Living area and kitchen all good. We were expecting 2 bathrooms as advertised in the headline, but if you read further detail you realise (we did not) that actually this is a 3 bed one bathroom with a toilet and shower under the house in the laundry/garage. For a bunch of surfer mates going up fine, but not so good when you have your partners who would rather have 2 full bathrooms to share. Small things like the shower head hanging down (which we fixed with a piece of wire) and a number of light bulbs not working gave us a feeling that someone needs to walk through and do some fixing to bring up to scratch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amazing view from the balcony and very convenient to shops and beach. The only problem was that the fridge froze all our vegetables and salad - a problem with the thermostat?

Awesome view!
The house has a trendy/ Old School beach shack vibe. Great sized bedrooms and awesome deck where you soak of the breeze and enjoy the beautiful view. We were most disappointed when we went to use the bbq but there was no gas. We were in town for a wedding and when we used the iron, it came out dirty with each shot of steam. The washing machine also wasn’t working properly. I think the cleaners need to get rid of empty containers. For example there was an empty box of dishwashing powder and an empty box of foil left in the cupboards. The tap in the laundry leaks very bad. Think it’s the copper pipes. There was only one garbage bag, I think there should be a spare. The cleaners could also tidy up the utensil draw The house was absolutely beautiful though very clean/ neat. We definitely would go back!

Amazing Views & Perfectly Located
Terrific location, easy walk (yes even considering the hills!) to shops, beach, pub. We so enjoyed relaxing on balcony watching the dolphins, and waking up to blue water views too. Very well equipped home. Views are better in real life. Would stay here again.
