Bluewater Realty Miami welcomes you to The Grand, located in Downtown Miami on Biscayne Bay. Our 3 bedroom Sweet Dreams! is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you could need. Enjoy views of Margaret Pace Park and water views of Biscayne Bay that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 32nd floor and facing North, Sweet Dreams! is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers terrific water views of Biscayne Bay and views of Margaret Pace Park from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Sweet Dreams! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

Step into the vibrant world of Sweet Dreams!, a newly renovated haven that embodies the essence of Miami. As you cross the threshold, your gaze will be drawn to the fully equipped kitchen on your left. It's a culinary playground where you can unleash your inner chef and create culinary masterpieces. With the convenience of a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away, preparing delicious meals during your vacation has never been easier. A bonus washer/dryer room awaits you just off the kitchen to ensure that returning home with a load of dirty laundry is simply out of the question.

Step into the dining area with its stylish Kartell table and chairs, seamlessly blending into the open-concept living space. This cozy corner becomes the perfect retreat to indulge in your favorite shows and movies, courtesy of the 65" Roku streaming TV offering access to Netflix, Sling, and a plethora of free TV show and movie apps. However, the captivating view from the living room might prove distracting, making it challenging to stay focused on the screen.

The living area of Sweet Dreams! extends seamlessly onto your own private balcony, spanning the entire width of the condo. From here, you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Margaret Pace Park and the shimmering waters of Biscayne Bay. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Miami, basking in the warm Miami sunshine while immersing yourself in the incredible surroundings.

The Master bedroom suite in Sweet Dreams! occupies an entire side of the condo, offering a spacious and luxurious retreat. The king bed invites you to relax and unwind, while the 55" Roku streaming TV provides entertainment at your fingertips. The suite also features a generously sized walk-in closet, complete with a safe for your valuables and peace of mind. With balcony access from the bedroom, you can step out and enjoy the beautiful views. There's even a desk where you can catch up on any necessary work, although we hope you'll have minimal work to do while on vacation. Adjacent to the bedroom, you'll find a private master bathroom. The master bathroom in Sweet Dreams! offers a luxurious spa-like experience. It features a coveted freestanding bathtub, perfect for indulging in a relaxing soak. Additionally, there is a separate shower, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two people. Every detail in this master bathroom exudes luxury and attention to detail, ensuring a truly upscale experience for your stay.

On the opposite side of the living room in Sweet Dreams! is the second bedroom. It features a comfortable king bed and a 55" Roku streaming TV, providing entertainment options for your relaxation. The bedroom also offers access to the balcony, allowing you to wake up to the stunning views and indulge in sweet dreams as you immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings.

Adjacent to the second bedroom in Sweet Dreams! is the second full bathroom. This beautifully renovated bathroom boasts the same level of attention to detail as the rest of the condo. It features a spacious walk-in shower, ensuring that guests have a luxurious and comfortable bathing experience.

Finally, we have the third bedroom in Sweet Dreams!. Although it is an "interior" bedroom without windows, it provides a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for guests who prefer a dark and uninterrupted sleep until morning. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and equipped with a Roku streaming TV for entertainment.
