In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.

This beautifully updated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers three bedrooms, multiple outdoor areas, and access to the Inlet Cove community dock and seasonal pool. The cottage is about a 6-minute walk to the beach.

The light and airy living area welcomes you with refinished hardwood floors, tranquil wooded views, plenty of comfortable seating, and a wall-mounted TV. Craft cocktails at the gorgeous beverage center and enjoy sipping them from one of the cottage’s many outdoor spaces. The updated kitchen provides plenty of counter space and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. Dining space for four is found in the kitchen’s breakfast nook. An additional dining table with seating for six is located in the main living area.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, access to the upper deck, and a recently redone private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a cheerful coastal design, a queen-sized bed, and a flat-screen TV. The final bedroom also has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms have private access to a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

A screened porch, open-air upper deck, and covered lower deck invite you to spend time soaking in outdoors. The relaxing screened porch features peaceful wooded views, plenty of seating, and a ceiling fan to keep cool. The screened porch provides access to the upper deck, which has even more seating. Located underneath the cottage, the lower deck offers a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach or pool.

The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Inlet Cove community pool and dock. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours! Launch your water equipment right from the community dock!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
