Very cute and cozy home.

The house is in a very safe gated community. We not only enjoyed the house but loved the fire pit in the backyard. There are a lot of deer which just forces you to be careful when driving in and out of the community. I only wish the community pool had umbrellas and music which would add to theAmbience of hanging out at the pool. Our host was very responsive too. Tobyanna is a great area and close to all the major attractions. I will definitely be back!

Lovely

We had a great time staying at the house. It was the perfect space to get together with friends. We ended up using the fire place, due to how cold it was for this time of year. We didn’t know that you needed to check in to get a pass to access the community, that went smoothly, but would be helpful to know beforehand. Overall we really enjoyed everything and would come again.

Great house

We stayed 3 nights with our 6 year old daughter and twin 18 month old boys. The house was clean and had everything we needed including a gate for the upstairs which was perfect. The backyard was fun for the kids and we had a nice fire. There was a nice double shower in the downstairs bathroom. One important point is the coffee maker. We are coffee people and very partial to a drip over a Kerig. This house had a drip coffee maker, and a nice one too! We thoroughly enjoyed good coffee on this trip. Our 3 young maniacs never tire so this is an huge win for us!Would definitely recommend!

Great stay!

We loved everything about this place! The beds were comfy, the neighborhood was quiet, so many deer - which we were able to feed by hand. The house was very modern but cozy. ShopRite and Walmart were nearby too. 10 out of 10!

Awesome Weekend

From the moment we walked into to a wonderfully clean scent all the way into the backyard firepit, this house SCREAMED "welcome!" This home accomodated all of our needs for an excellent weekend. The owners are Triple A's ... available, accommodating and awesome. We will definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation

We mostly enjoyed our time at this community. We were 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 infants. The house size was the perfect size for us. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the yard as the grass was at knee height. We have kids and a blow up pool that we were unable to use as the grass was so high. Additionally, the home floors were not clean, our feet were black and our kids that crawl had black on their knees, hands and feet. Finally, we attempted early check in and had a question about the pool but after 3 emails received no response or communication from Yoojin, still to this day. She did respond after we sent our paperwork originally so I’m not sure why she stopped answering after that. The neighbors had 2 dogs that were outside yapping the entire evening as well. It sounded like a kennel and we are dog people. Definitely not the owners fault but it did effect our evening while grilling and sitting in the screen house.

Would be a 5 but have to be honest about the community PCP.

This feedback is in no way towards the owners. The place itself was nice both indoors and out back. The major issues came with the ammenities. First it's a $12 per day per person fee for the pool. Although this included the kayak and paddle boat, you were not able to even get into the water due to high levels of Ecoli. Making the beach area unusable. The life gaurds at the pool literally had the whistles in their mouth the entire time and blowing the whitsle at every little thing. Wouldn't allow any pool toys for the kids. No jumping in the water, no splashing. On one of our days we got to the pool when it opened which isn't until 11:30 am which to me is pretty late. We were there for 1.5 hrs, when they made an annoucement that the pool was closing for an hour due to possible weather. Then after 5 mins they closed off the entire area for the day. No refunds and no cash only credit cards allowed and then you get charged the CC fee. Biggest headache was the line at the welcome center so you can get a pass to be used to come in and out of the community. This is great in theory, but when it takes over 3 minutes for each car to go through the gates due to someone needing to look in the camera and press the button it was the most annoying thing ever. Unfortunatley, we will not be returning to the community for any future rentals.

Wonderful Getaway!

This property was perfect for our family of seven. It was fresh and clean, which is so important to me. It was beautifully decorated and modern. We enjoyed a fire in the fireplace and plenty of family time. My daughters enjoyed their first trip to Camelback and my grandson loved the Crayola factory as well! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Family week

The house was amazing. Very clean, spacious. Beds were a little small not sure they are queen but I would definitely go back. I think it would be good idea to have a couple passes included in the house for pool. They are 12 day for each person. Or a weekly pass. I know the owners probably don’t have any say over that but just suggesting

Clean and cozy

Very clean house with nice linens. A few too many air fresheners for my personal taste, but an awesome shower and soaking tub. Woke up to a family of deer in the back yard each morning in a quiet community! Only one bedroom had a TV and no TV in the living room which made it hard for our group that wanted to watch something together . There was a TV in the loft upstairs but not space big enough to gather.. very reasonably priced and easy to check in and out. Seemed like a very safe area!

Wonderful Weekend

The home was very nice and looked like it was just updated. The facilities are an extra $12 per person. When we were there,only one pool was open.

Family long weekend getaway

My family of seven and I loved everything about the LOVE FAMILY HOUSE! Yoojin and Andy go above and beyond to make you comfortable in their vacation home. We were surprised and thankful for all the extras coffee/tea, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sheets and towels all including in our stay. The house was sparkling clean, well designed and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, the enclosed porch, deck with picnic tables, grill and the fire pit. The community is an extra bonus with many amenities to enjoy. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

The perfect home for a restful getaway - perfectly decorated home

My family and I decided we wanted a quiet vacation in the Poconos where we could truly relax, and this home was truly the perfect place to stay. This cozy and clean home has all details and guest needs down to a T. Each room of the house is meticulously decorated with even the smallest details tying the room together nicely, the kitchen is perfectly supplied with more than you need, and the heart-shaped fire pit in the back is perfect for a bonfire. There is even grill in the back with a regular sized picnic table for adults and a tiny one for the kids! (A detail that really makes a difference in the experience for the little ones). And the solar powered string lights at night really perfected the vibes for our late night activities. My personal favorite was the sunroom in the back where I could curl up with a book and enjoy the outside breeze even at night while not worrying about the mosquitos. I could really go on and on about this home because it was truly so perfect. Our family was really in need for a calm getaway where we could have a bit of R&R, and everything about this place was so great for that. Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back!!
