Located at the Daylesford end of the Hepburn Springs village, Monigatti's is the perfect family or group style property.

Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over two levels, Monigatti's also offers a large rear deck overlooking an acre of stunning native garden, with sweeping views of the Wombat State Forest providing a picturesque backdrop at the rear of the house. Two en-suite bedrooms are located in the main house and a third bedroom with en-suite and air conditioning is accessible via the external stairs from the deck. A Coonara style wood fire warms the house in winter while a 6 person hot tub offers year round enjoyment. Dog friendly with a large secure yard

Free WiFi and a fantastic 10 metre slide in the side garden will entertain large and small kids. Port-a-cot and highchair available by request. Basic breakfast provisions are also provided. This property may prove challenging for guests with mobility issues with a stair case leading down to the 3rd bedroom.

Perfect getaway

We stayed at the property for a weekend and it was perfect. The property is clean and very well stocked and the location is perfect for walking into Hepburn Springs.

Great getaway!

Such a great stay, lovely property and we doing definitely stay again. The host had all our basics like bread, eggs already stocked up and it made everything so easy!

Lovely cottage

Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really enjoyed it. Although dog friendly, the front gate does not close very well and my dog did get out to the front busy road area. Otherwise a beautiful place!

Disaster

Old rickety house badly portrayed by photos. Land too steep and pathways and handles too old and dangerous. Only good part was balcony overlooking trees. Bread was mouldy so didn’t touch anything other than wine. Who knew how long any of it had been there. Was also disappointed with Daylesford. Took dog and all cafes or pubs that allowed dogs on line were closed early week. This was the most expensive house so we thought it would be great but photos certainly are deceiving. Feel we should get money back for such deception.

Cosy, clean and close to the lake and springs

The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The spa was on when we arrived which was appreciated and every room was clean and tidy with cute touches. I wouldn’t say it was walking distance to Daylesford but it was quick drive there and to the Hepburn springs. The downstairs room was spacious and private but worth noting that it’s outdoor access to it only. We enjoyed the upstairs deck with a lovely view too as well as had fun on the slide. Would recommend for a family or a couple of couples!

Perfect spot for a weekend away

This property is just perfect for a weekend away. Lots of space, the hot tub is great and the gardens are spacious and beautiful. There is even a big slide in the backyard! The views from the deck are magical. Great heating options as well with a wood fire, central heating and split systems. Great location, only a 2 minute drive to either Daylesford or Hepburn Springs. The extra little touches like the breakfast ingredients, wine and chocolate were also much appreciated and unexpected. Will definitely be back! Thanks a lot!
