Never run out of propane, with the hard-lined gas grill and enjoy the sunset around the beautiful firepit on the deck. Other amenities include a downstairs living area with gas fireplace and kitchenette, lower level living space with 3 bedrooms with a walk out patio off of the downstairs living room and 2nd Bedroom, a 3 car private garage, laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The fifth bedroom has 6 twin beds and ample room for the kids or grandkids. Situated on over an acre in a beautiful wooded area, enjoy a round of pickleball on the driveway during the summer! This home offers full privacy for guests while being able to enjoy views of the iconic Ten Mile Mountain range. During the ski season, don't worry about finding a parking space by the gondola- take advantage of the free, private, in-town shuttle!
