Additionally, there's a secure car park with a height limit of 2.2 meters.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.

Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.

Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour.
Please remember to return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected upon check-out. This ensures a smooth process for the next guest. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests who leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

Short Brisbane stay
A lot of stress organising deposit via third party company. Stayz were very sympathetic and helpful. Needed extra bedding etc. draws and cutlery were grotty. Good location though and nice pool for kids.

Staying here has put me off ever using Stayz again!
I'll start this review by stating that the location is fantastic! You are a walk away from South Bank and the CBD. It's such a shame the service we received from the assigned Stayz property manager (Leonie) was a horrible experience! There were numerous issues with the room we discovered during our stay. A rip on the couch, incorrect basement carparking information and shower drains not draining sufficiently-to the point you have to turn off the shower to avoid flooding the bathroom. The worst of all the issues we experienced was the kitchen mixer tap leaking on the island bench. When we were settling in my husband noticed that a tee towel was wrapped around the mixer tap in the kitchen. My husband asked me if I wrapped it around there and I said "no I didn't". My husband then removed the tee towel form the mixer tap not thinking any thing of it. We not long after went out to grocery shop. When we returned we were horrified to find the kitchen island bench top saturated with water (almost to the point that it was about to drip onto the floor) That's when we realised why the tee towel was wrapped around the mixer tap when we first entered the room. There was a crack in the tap causing it to leak on the bench top. It states on your booking that there is 24/7 service. We tried ringing the property manager (Leonie) at least 10 times from my phone and my husbands when we encountered the leaking mixer tap. We got no answer or any call backs when voice mails were left. My husband even emailed Leonie about the issue and to this day has not had a response or an apology. The next day after again attempting to get in contact with the property manager my husband decided to speak to the reception of the apartment building to see if they can help. Unfortunately they couldn't but reception did realise that there was a different number on the room key to the one we were sent with the booking so my husband called it. He got through to another person (Deb) who was vey helpful and sent out a plumber later on. We are obviously really disappointed with the lack of communication from the property manager that was assigned to us. We were quite lucky that we didn't do a day trip when we removed the tee towel initially because I think the apartment floor would have been flooded. Just the fact that a phone call or email to this day has not been returned (even to apologise) is frustrating! I doubt we will ever use Stayz again after this experience.
