Vårt hus ligger i Hilcrest indelning av 8th Avenue. Hilcrest är en mycket unik underavdelning med färgglada hem med massor av tecken. Mycket rymligt och öppet hus. Endast cirka och också bara två miles bildar Oaks Mall. Det finns fyra sovrum. Befälhavaren bad och sovrum är nere. Det finns en utedusch också i området uteplats som är stängd för privatlivet. Grill på uteplatsen också. Det finns också en övervåningen balkong som är mycket fredliga att titta på solnedgången. Alldeles intill huset finns en naturpark med en vacker bäck, lekplats, picknickbord, och tennisbanor. Det finns också två spjälsängar, två barnstolar, baby leksaker och sandlåda.

Great stay in Gainesville

Great property for a Gator weekend away with friends and family. The property host was excellent at communicating throughout the stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Had a great time!

Great home to stay in!

A very lovely home! The owner was very accommodating, we had access to everything we needed, and there is so much space. The patio was great to sit on in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it!

Great stay

The house was in a great neighborhood not far from UF. It's listed as 4 bed 4.5 bath but there is only 3.5 bathrooms. The owner was very easy to communicate with but the property wasn't quite ready for us upon arrival. Other than that I highly recommend staying at this property!

Go Gators!

We attended the ucf/uf football game. We had an amazing time. The house is perfect! We grilled out back, played corn hole and other fun games. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Enjoyed the beautiful home. All eight adults and the baby were comfortable in their rooms. The A/C, fans etc were very efficient at keeping everyone cool. The great room seating was perfect for talking and partying

A Life Saver!!

We had to evacuate our dementia residents during Hurricane Milton to a facility in Gainesville, so I rented this house for some of our staff. I cannot say enough great things about the owner and her willingness to bend over backwards to accommodate our group. A thousand thank yous and we will definitely rent again if we're ever back in Gainesville!

Graduation weekend

We had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s graduation from UF law school. The house was perfect for our group. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Also, a great location!

Perfect Stay

This is a beautiful home conveniently located to University of Florida and Gainesville in general. Kimberley was an excellent host. Great communication. We felt very welcome and the house exceeded our expectations!

Perfect home away from home

Property was even larger in person and perfect for us families getting together to visit our kids at UF. The location is perfect and super easy access to campus. Host is great to work with, too. We'll be back.

Awesome house!

My family stayed at this amazing, beautiful house for graduation weekend. It was the nicest rental we ever stayed in! Very clean. Beautiful furniture. Very comfortable beds and anything you can need is on hand. Owner was extremely accommodating when we requested to get in early and very helpful when I locked us out of the house! We would definitely search for this house again when we go back to Gainesville! Thanks for everything Kimberly!

Great House and Location!

We were in Gainesville to meet family and go to the Gator football game. The house was immaculate and lots of space. Loved the outside area but we did not have much time to spend out there. The owner was great to work with and the entire process went very smooth. We already tried to rent it again for another weekend but it was already booked. We will diffently stay here again.

Home away from home

Our family stayed at this home during my husbands treatments at Shands. It was truly home away from home. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the nature trail few steps away, the convenience of the location, minutes away to absolutely everything you may need and of course, our amazing host Kimberly who was always so prompt to respond to any questions we may had. Totally recommend this place and their superb host!
