Great place to stay

After staying two weeks in this brilliant house I can only highly recommend it. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside had everything we needed for cleaning our boat, fish and dive/fishing gear. The house was spotlessly clean and organised. Wayne the host replied very promptly to any questions we had and was very helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised that the accommodation was even better than the photos. Although we did not use them there was a lot of air-cons. Large rooms, private fenced yard and the outside bathroom was great when we came home from the beach, the grandkids loved the bath. Lawn to kick the football on and the concreted area for the grandkids to ride their pushbikes. Wifi was a big bonus too. Thank you Wayne.

We Love the Cape!

Great place to stay while visiting Exmouth and the NW Cape! Had everything we needed to clean our snorkeling gear, wash and hang out some clothes, and cook a couple meals. Everything was in tip top shape and very clean! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a family of four adults and two kids. The Ningaloo Reef is awesome and Exmouth has some great places to eat. The Seafood Medley at Whaler's Restaurant was awesome for a 47th anniversary dinner! We really enjoyed our visit!

Fantastic property

This home is perfect for our annual fishing holiday. There are plenty of parking space with fantastic amenities. Will definitely book this property again next time we return to Exmouth.

Best Place for a Fishing Trip

Great place to stay for 4 blokes and a big boat for two weeks of solid fishing. Secure boat area, wash down bay, fish cleaning table, outdoor area. Inside was probably the most equipped and comfortable place I've stayed in after 8 or so fishing trips to Exmouth. Outdoor 'ensuite' was a treat. Wayne, you've set the place up perfectly! Well done. Will be back.

Freediving group

Was perfect for what we needed as a group of divers with a boat. Just found communication could be slow or non-existent. Sometimes it's hard to log back in or sift through all emails so a text or phone call is often a bit more helpful. Otherwise great.

Perfect family home

We had a fantastic stay. We had 2 families with 6 kids under 6 and it is very well setup to accommodate 2 the families. The outdoor shower/bath and toilet was very convenient! I feel like the photo's online don't do the property justice as it was better than what we were expecting. Kitchen has everything you could need. Only thing I can think of that wasn't ideal is that the kitchen table is far too big for the space inside. It looks like the indoor table and outdoor table should be swapped around! Either way, we ate outside evey day anyway so it wasn't a problem. Great house with everything you could need. We hope to be back soon!

Annual Fishing Trip

Property was excellent. Very neat and tidy. Was well setup for our fishing group with plenty of room to park two cars and boats, great outdoor area, fish cleaning bench and a short walk to the pub. Would highly recommend.

Room to Spread out - 10 Adults and all our gear.

This large home is modern and relaxed. Everything you could need is provided. Heaps of room for parking boats and vehicles. Easy walk to the town centre. A perfect base for a week of fun and exploring. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and well appointed home

Exmouth is truly beautiful and the house was a good base to explore the area. The house had everything we required to enjoy our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook with and beds/ house was comfortable. We were initially concerned with the description of 1 bathroom, but the property has 3 toilets in total, 2 showers and 1 bath. (1 shower, bath and toilet outside). This is not clear from the listing but was adequate for our party of 10 people. The outdoor bath/ shower under the stars was a memorable experience. Communication with Wayne was great. Overall great experience and would definitely rebook.

I am a cancer survivor and have been now for 7 years this has put a new aspect on life for me. This house was very rundown, but I could see potential and wanted to create something not only I could enjoy but other family's as well.
