You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you arrive at this new, modern and spacious beach house. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen/dining, 2 lounge rooms, 3 outdoor areas incl. a lge entertaining area with pool, festoon lighting and fire pit, outdoor shower, Tesla charge, double garage…
The house backs onto nation parkland with a spare block next door ( good for extra parking). 500m for amazing surf beach and under a 10min stroll to Peregian shops and restaurants…

Peregian Beach

A great place and location for a family to spend quality time together, but also plenty of separate spaces for children to escape their parents and vice versa. Close to the shops, beach and cafes making choices easy.

fabulous family holiday

Our family spent a wonderful week at the Hub House which catered for all ages - grandchildren to their parents and grandparents. Our host was delightful, and nothing was too much trouble, even able to source a highchair and cot. This location and accommodation was the perfect place for a relaxing break, eat in or at the many surrounding cafes and restaurants. Activities we loved were the walks, the beach, surfing for some, a game of golf, climb to Mt Coolum, the markets and beautiful natural surrounds. Would definitely come again !!

Peregian paradise

House was just fabulous Really well equipped In a perfect location Close enough to walk to beach coffee cafes and just out of town to enjoy quiet annd be out of traffic! Overlooking bush -waking up to the kookaburras was wonderful!! Pool was excellent and alfresco space fiited everone in Would definitely come back- had a ball!!

Holiday fun with teenagers.

Fabulous place for two families with teens or children. Great space downstairs for the younger to have their own living. Beautifully decorated. Relaxing outdoor spaces. 5-10 min walk into town, very handy.

Stunning property in the perfect location!

The Hub House made our family vacation in Peregian Beach/Noosa absolutely fantastic. We experienced great communication from Cait, our host, and her sister, Sarah (who was also contactable and helpful when we had queries during our stay). The house is stunning, beautifully decorated, and fit us all perfectly - it had everything we needed for the perfect vacay (including making meals/BBQs at home). It's a short stroll to the beach, main area of town, coffee and the pub. It was also close to the free shuttle bus that runs to Noosa Heads during the holiday period. We highly recommend staying here!

Fully equiped Family House

Really nice house. Living area is beautiful, opens on pool side and balcony side with forest views. Kitchen is fully equiped! We felt very welcome and appreciated the personal welcome and not some key box some where to find. Also some little trouble with the pool was resolved quickly. Something we liked not so much where the plants all over the place, especially in the pool area. But thas a personal opinion. Beside that, no hesitation to recommand this property!

Hub house heaven!

We were met by the wonderful host Cait upon our arrival, who showed us around the beautiful property and gave us some wonderful recommendations about how to spend our week in the Sunshine Coast. The house is stunning, and beautifully appointed with all manor of essentials and non essentials. It’s very spacious and well laid out, with excellent indoor and outdoor communal areas. It’s located 5 minutes from the beach which was perfect, and has a supermarket just down the road alongside some restaurants, bars and shops. Some trip highlights for us was a day out to the Eumundi markets at Cait’s recommendation, and a gorgeous lunch stop at The Doonan on the way back! Bask is also a must visit in Peregian Beach, and the local shops are to die for. Cait was a fantastic host and was on hand to answer questions and queries from start to finish. We had an absolute ball and can’t recommend the hub house enough!

Beautiful house in a great location

The house is fantastic - has everything you could possibly need and is in a fantastic location. Cait was incredibly accomodating and provided high chairs and a cot for the babies. We had a fantastic trip and it is by far the best house I've stayed at for a holiday!
