Big Red Bunk Haus är ett nybyggt 3 500 kvadratmeter hem bara några minuter från vingårdar, shopping, museer och vandring är det perfekta stället för familj och vänner att samlas. Detta 8 sovrum, 4. 5 badrum hem erbjuder två vardagsrum, ett kök fullt utrustat med professionella kvalitet krukor, kastruller, knivar och redskap, och en pool för din perfekta semester. Det är perfekt för nattugglar och tidiga fåglar, eftersom ingen förväntas sova i nedre våningen. 11 ft tak och 8 fot dörrar med massiv kärna rymmer även de högsta av texaner. Nedervåningen finns ett öppet koncept vardagsrum / matsal / kök stort rum, 2 master sovrum (båda med king size-sängar) med badrum, ett 3 sovrum svit (bdrm 1-drottning, bdrm 2- dubbel, bdrm 3-drottning + tvåbäddsrum ) med komplett badrum, sovrum utanför kök med queen size-säng, halv badrum och tvättstuga. På övervåningen hittar du 2 sovrum till (bdrm 1- drottning + tvåbäddsmadrass, bdrm 2- full över två våningssängar + tvåbäddsmadrass), ett andra vardagsrum (med 2 futon i full storlek) och ytterligare ett badrum. Utanför koppla av på den breda verandan, i poolen eller picknickborden under de skuggiga ekarna.

Det är lätt att dra nytta av alla attraktioner bara några minuter bort - 7 minuter till shopping på Main Street, 10 minuter till HWY 290 vingårdar, 15 minuter till Luckenbach och 30 minuter till Enchanted Rock State Natural Area. Livsmedel och förnödenheter finns också i närheten - 10 minuter till Walmart, 12 minuter till HEB och 7 minuter till Short Stop bekväm butik.

Big Red erbjuder lugnet i landet med stadens bekvämlighet.

Big Red ligger på pastoral jordbruksmark. Vi byggde hemmet för att känna sig mycket privat, men vi har grannar och ber att alla gäster agerar i enlighet därmed. Husreglerna måste följas; inga vapen, inga fyrverkerier och bränder är stora. Dessa regler skyddar våra grannar. Start of Summer Tradition

We get a VRBO every year for two families over Memorial Day Weekend in the Texas Austin/Hill Country area. This was our favorite to date. Easy drive to all wineries and Main Street Fredericksburg. But the rustic spot was such a plus!!! The patio and pool and tree swing and cows were blissful. Fantastic set up for 3 families with kids or a girls trip.

Family Christmas

The location was fantastic , there was 18 of us and we were very comfortable. More than enough room . They had made a cake for us ,it was great. The showers were great and for me , the best part was the kitchen . I love the cabinets and drawers . The home is so much bigger than expected . So much bigger. You won’t be dissatisfied. Plus, there was a Christmas tree already made for us . It’s a beautiful home.

We had such an amazing time at this home. What a great place for a large group. They were very accommodating to what we needed. Had some special things waiting for us upon our arrival. Very spacious, clean and beautiful views. I would highly recommend staying here!

This place was incredible. The pictures do not do it justice. Very pretty and will be coming back!

Amazing place, big kitchen, big lot for the kids to play, pool, everything about this place was top notch. We will be back for sure. Close to town to run in for groceries or restaurants.

Amazing views

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views are excellent and the barn feels like home. Some of our favorite times were spent eating around the dinner table, and hangout on the couch or in the back yard. Lots of room and an excellent place to stay. Did I mention the owners are super nice and accommodating.

Dirty 30 Birthday Weekend

This property was fabulous for our 30th birthday celebration. The home is so comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. We so enjoyed having a bed for everyone and plenty of bathrooms to keep all 14 ladies perfectly happy. The cows and deer were an added bonus. We hope we have an opportunity to stay there again.

Celebrating With Friends

Home was perfect for 12 couples celebrating a weekend in Texas Wine Country! A close drive to town and to the wineries we chose to visit. We cooked our evening meals at the home. The kitchen was stocked with all of the items we needed!

This house was the perfect size for my family. The backyard view was breathtaking and the peace and quiet it provides at night is something extremely special. Will definitely be coming back if given the chance.

Family stay

House was perfect and with 17 people from newborns to 92yr old - there was plenty of room. Never felt crowded. Pool was great for everyone. Plenty of yard to play games and let the kids run. Loved seeing the cows

Perfect getaway for a big group!

Big Red exceeded all our expectations and was truly the perfect place for our group of 19 girls for a bachelorette weekend in Fredericksburg. The home has every single amenity you could want, and comfortably sleeps 19 people with no one on the floor. We had a blast and loved having such a fun bachelorette pad for the weekend!

Great place for a girls getaway!

15 women in our family and extended family gathered to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming wedding. There were plenty of rooms and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our group. We walked into the kitchen to find a homemade lemon Bundt cake that was delicious. We have already started talking about staying there next year!

Relaxing views.

Our agency was lucky to find this home for our staff retreat. It was perfect for all seven women to have their own bedroom and privacy within such a large, open space. We enjoyed the view out back with the mooing cows and the deer close by. We had some questions about the property and the property manager was quick to respond. Thank you for the great stay!

Great place for relaxing!

We loved our stay at Big Red! It is a great place for a big group to have an awesome time. We came for a Bachelorette party however I loved seeing that the house had everything set up for kids too (baby gates, kids utensils, etc.) It's a quick drive to Main Street or the wineries. We had no issue having our wine tour bus pick us up here. It was a very enjoyable weekend and I definitely recommend this house to anyone!

40th Birthday Surprise

Loved this house!! I got it for a bunch of friends to surprise my husband for his 40th birthday. Everyone talked about how neat of a house it was and how great the layout was. I can’t express how much fun we had and how great this house is.

We live in Austin but have deep ties to Fredericksburg. Our family settled in Fredericksburg in the 1850's.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My father grew up on this land, and this is where our family has gathered for generations. We feel very fortunate to have built a home to share with family, you, and future generations to enjoy. This particular parcel of land offers pastoral views and views of the hill country in the distance. It is quiet and secure; the property is fenced and gated. And a final small but important note... even though our home is very private, we do have neighbors and we expect all guests in ways that protect them... Please no guns, fireworks or fires.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We designed this home to accommodate lots of folks to come and enjoy time together. There's a big 'ole great room where everyone can be together, but there are also 8 rooms that offer privacy when you need it. There is ample parking for guests in our driveway. Watching cattle and deer meander through the pastures is a favorite pastime.
