This lakefront property is located in North Nopiming Provincial Park, on one of few lakes in the Park in a cottage subdivision on Beresford lake, about 3-3.5 hours north of Winnipeg.
If you like being in a remote location, with pure solitude, this is the right place for you. This new lakefront cottage has every amenity you could need with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms complete with outdoor showers. The open concept living space allows you to look onto the idyllic lake while cooking breakfast or enjoying a book on the sofa. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen, coffee station, new appliances, and 2 dishwashers.. the list goes on and on. Be emerged in the outdoors with a beautiful deck and weber summit series barbecue. The home is fully heated, with air conditioning and satellite wifi.
Enjoy beautiful views on beautiful Beresford Lake and if you like stargazing, this is the place. Plenty of opportunity to explore with many natural hikes nearby. Bring your boat (nearby boat launch on lake) or canoe for excellent fishing. We have two kayaks that are complementary for your use during your stay in the summer months.
